In preparation, rice simmered in absorbtion, onion was finely chopped, capcicum, carrot and celery segmented to the likes of julienne.

Disseminated, a tablespoon of butter skates across the stage of a hot pan, the onion, lost in observance, can't help but dive into the rink to claim its caramelisation.

The capcicum, celery and carrot revelled at the sight of this sizzling honey and jumped in to coat themselves with the bubbling shine.

In the searing spats of joy, and the odd spatulated dispersion, the capcicum, celery and carrot gave way to the dance, three tablespoons of chilli-paste stepped in to ignite the scene.

It wasn't long before the rice noticed that things may be getting too hot and decided to make white of the situation... the chilli-paste gave him a tanning... they were all then dished and served... enjoy!
