In You I Reside Where My Demons Cannot Find.

Feelings so fleeting

apart from one -

I love you.

When I'm dead, gone,

I'll find you again,

reunited as one.

Souls conjoined.

Into this life, next one,

further beyond.

-

I promise

to fight,

always,

for our right

to live a happy life.

-

My mind,

it lies.

I see through

your eyes.

The truth it tries to hide.

Fills my mind with lies

to make me despise,

who I am to the very core.

Makes me wish for no more.

-

I take a look,

falling into milky brown.

Galaxies so vast,

timeless.

In a world of our own.

I'll reside.

Confide.

Hide.

Where my demons

cannot find.

-

I know now

why I am alive,

why I fight inside,

every day wars.

Side by side

we fight in line.

During troubled time

you're holding me still.

Calming me in milky brown

Galaxies vaster than mine.

Worlds of which I am safe.

Worlds of which I cannot see.

I trust in you, protector of me.

Together we will be.

Serenity.
