the broken aren’t that fragile

and a moment cannot stay

what's the difference tween a smile

and a frown from far away?

the lines they leave behind

and the memories they made

both leaving similar thin lines

proudly displayed upon your face

marking the happy with the sad

with no real way to discern

the kind of life you had

or the lessons that were learned

be gentle with the souls

standing next to you today

they may be covering up the holes

from something someone had to say

life is for the living

only one way to escape

do your best at giving

not only heros wear a cape

My last paycheck was $2500 for working 12 hours a week online. My sister's friend has been averaging 8k for months now and she works about 30 hours a week. I can't believe how easy it was once I tried it out. The potential with this is endless. This is what I do..... Www.Smartwork1.Com

  • This packed a punch! I freaking loved it!

  • The third bullet point to my breakdown of the gospel: Concerning discipleship & what it actually means to enter into God's reign & the beginning of eternal life--all God asks or hopes from us is that we afford one another (God, others & self), the same courtesy God has afforded us. That courtesy comprise the first two bullet points: God loves you & there's nothing you can do about it. (The proof being that we killed God's Child, but when it didn't work & he came back, it wasn't for revenge but to continue to issue the invitation & show us the way home.) God's grace is always for you. (God never quits scanning the horizon waiting & hoping for every last prodigal to return home.) Psalm 133 has become one of my favorite distillations of all this. How very good and pleasant it is when kindred live together in unity! It is like the precious oil on the head, running down upon the beard, on the beard of Aaron, running down over the collar of his robes. It is like the dew of Hermon, which falls on the mountains of Zion. For there the LORD ordained his blessing, life forevermore.

Great encouraging piece! Loved “they may be covering up the holes from something someone had to say”

  • Lovely poem… really liked: ‘ what's the difference tween a smile and a frown from far away? the lines they leave behind and the memories they made” Just like how similar crying and laughter can be.

Gorgeous writing and a calm tone tie this poem together. The bit about heroes rings so true to cap this piece. Salute!
