My soul is
A sheltering tree
It wants to protect those
Who are truly innocent
*
His soul is
As wide as the sky
It wants to see the world
Heal of its ruptures
*
Individual trauma
Collective suffering
Fire, famine, flood
Walking hand in hand
*
We may not yet be parents
But we feel the call–
We are all children here
Born to nurture each other

Your work is so full of passion. Hope your heart's desires come to fruition in your time and space.
Sweet piece♥️😉✌️
nice
I love this. We’re all human on this madly spinning rock… we’re far less separated than we realize.
Indeed, top work and beautiful message!! 😊👏
We are all children here, born to nurture each other. This was so powerful! The world would be a much better place if we just be kind to each other and help where we can. Loved your poem!
Your words are like a window into the depths of your soul.
If the two of you are anything like what you've just expressed above, you are well matched & together will make a wonderful difference in the lives of your children & all those with whom you come in contact both near & far. BTW, my wife's hairdresser, Joelle, says, "Hi." I told her about your article on your name & she's going to try & find it on Vocal.
"We are all children here" ❤️ I love this
Wonderful poem! Love it!
