Men and Women

This endless rat race between boys and girls,

Revolutionizing through the ends of time

Is a startling fact of truth.

That men and women alike,

Will always strive to be with one another.

Companionship is coded in our brains

And hot wired to your hearts.

Always searching, always needing;

Though one thing shall never change.

The sense of touch, the greatest of them all,

Will always be involved.

Time is short, which is very understood,

And a reason why so many things go they way they go.

For I am a boy looking for a girl,

While there is a girl looking for me.

By the time the years go by.

I’ll probably meet you on the other side of the street.

Then what happened in between,

Will only be spoken about as we think.

Hopefully, no outcome will befall us,

Well, not to soon as we think.
