Dancing in the dark,
Iridescent moonlight reflects the
Sadistic look in your eyes.
Thinking I see love, I
Reach for your heart
And snuggle into your grip,
Content to feel what I imagined;
Truth beyond my greed, and yours,
I’ll wake from this dream, floating
On a cloud of
Nothingness.

So beautiful, Keila! I'm in love with this one. ❤️ I'm working one right now that is a similar concept 🥹❤️❤️❤️ Yours is divine!
I feel you on this one
The Jungian animus/anima dance, shadow-play, reflections of reflections... ultimately just distractions. You captured it well!
This packs apunch! awesome work, really really awesome!
😥 Dreaming in love 😍, so perfect, until we awake to the dog licking our face or cat rubbing to be fed. Beautiful poem, startling finish. You gave this real feels. Kudos KJ! 💜
