It's always there, we can't hide it, we can't run from the darkness, we can't mess with the darkness...We can listen to The Darkness, but not in this context.

Darkness resides in the corners of the soul,

In the mind,

you'll find,

it take a pivotal role

It's strange to think that it's always there,

but without the darkness, we wouldn't prepare.

But in order to escape such prominent blank spaces,

we have to make candles and brighten our faces.

Sometimes you may find such dark corners of this Earth, you'll find it in places you wouldn't expect.

The first time I've seen it, so much joy across the room, lit up for people to explore and reflect.

It's funny how a mention can guide you on your way

to dark mysterious avenues through alleyways on a Wednesday,

But as you may stay in the darkness, light a lantern, raise a cup...

Because darkness is an absence of light and we should lighten up.
