It's ok to cry

Crying is not a sign of weakness 

If your eyes were never meant to cry then tears would never come out if you tried

Scream. Wail if you can 

Release all that you feel inside. Let your tears wash away all the pain. Let them wash away all the hurt

You allow yourself to feel instead of numbing it all

It soothes and it calms

There is no shame in crying. Never feel any humiliation when you cry. Only dignity and grace. For you are human and you feel

Even men all allowed to cry. Whether they do it in public or when alone. Even mothers and soldiers. They need the healing just like we all do
