Pale freckled skin, the sun's rays have turned pink

Take shelter from the heat beneath the shade

Ov'r hills of green a setting sun does sink

A summer's day turns night, begins to fade

The night is young, bright bonfire set alight

It's been so long, please sit and stay a while

Shivers, cold breeze, sit close, and hold me tight

Body warmed by fire, soul warmed by your smile

Tattooed manbun brandish'd his guitar

Now the campfire ambiance is complete

Mary Jane's last dance wafts in from afar

Passing tokes til the smokers fall asleep

Sun comes up, we part ways, goodbye old friend

A languid summer's night, we'll meet again.
