Make sure that you spend time on things that give you a lot of return. Don’t spend time on things that give you little return, picking up a new skill can change your life totally. If you just try and improve your life by 1% every day, the effect over many years is extreme, is massive. Every day try and just learn something new. That you’re not too young, you’re not too old, to do something.

I want to give you some advice on skills that individuals may want to focus on acquiring in the coming year to stay competitive in the job market and advance their careers.

In 2023, individuals who can understand and manage their emotions and empathize with others will be highly valued. This includes skills such as active listening, effective communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
