This is a very important and interesting topic about which I am going to write about. So please do not skip anything in between otherwise you will not able to understand the whole concept.

What do you mean by subconscious mind? Do we all know that there are 3 categories of mind?

Yes. There are 3 categories of mind every human being is having and they are:

1. Conscious Mind

2. Subconscious Mind

3. Super-conscious Mind

God has given extraordinary power to these categories of mind and each has its unique task to deal with. Among these three, Super-conscious Mind is more powerful than the Subconscious mind and the Subconscious is more powerful than the conscious mind.

In our daily life, we only use 1% of our conscious mind and the rest of the portion has been used by the subconscious mind. When we are aware of something, we are in the state of the conscious mind and once we are out of the awareness state then our mind automatically goes into the state of the Subconscious mind.

Let’s give you a short brief about how each state of mind works:

1. Conscious Mind:

It is nothing but awareness about our surroundings. So whenever you are more aware then you are in the state of the conscious mind. I will help you with the example. You are blinking your eyes on a daily basis without you being aware of it but when you give focus on your eyes to check their blinking pattern then you will notice that you will not be able to blink your eyes as normal. Maybe you open your eyes for some time without blinking or it may slow down. Either of these might happen. Just try it once and you will know how your conscious mind works on the basis of your awareness.

2. Subconscious Mind:

This mind is 1000 times more powerful than the conscious mind. The power of your subconscious mind cannot be measured by anyone. The routine activities which we are doing on daily basis like brushing our teeth, driving, running, walking, talking, and so on, these activities have already been recorded in our subconscious mind and even if we are not aware or remember to perform such activities, your subconscious mind will automatically make you do these things without fail on daily basis.

If I tell you an example, then driving a car is the perfect example. When we are learning to drive a car, in the start we are more aware of the surroundings, we are more about how we are adjusting the gear, we are more aware of how we are holding the steering and we must be having fear in our mind that we should not hit someone on the road but when you practice driving a car on regular basis, then each and every action you take while driving will get recorded in your subconscious mind and eventually you will not be having fear of hitting someone because the actions have been recorded in the mind and it performs its functions smoothly. After this what will happen is that even if you are not conscious while driving a car your subconscious mind will guide you in driving the car.

So if you know how to re-program your subconscious mind, then you can achieve anything you want. If you set a target or goal in your mind and if you visualize yourself on a daily basis that you have already achieved that goal, then one day you will see that you have met the goal. That’s the power of your subconscious mind and there are some steps that you need to follow to re-program your subconscious mind with the positive thoughts that I will tell you in the below points

3. Super-Conscious mind:

It is the mind which is more powerful than the subconscious mind. If anyone goes into a state of super-conscious mind, then that person can able to predict the future. It is a kind of the third eye. To achieve this state of mind, one must dedicate him or more time to doing lengthy mediation on a regular basis

There are many benefits associated with the mind and if we know how to re-program it then we can achieve anything in this world.

If we really want to achieve the desired results then it is the subconscious mind that we need to work upon. We are raised by our parents since we are children with certain belief systems and it has been recorded strongly in our subconscious mind that we won’t accept to believe it. We have been taught by our elder's many things and we started developing a belief system related to that. Let’s elaborate with an example. Let’s say that when you are a child, you have been criticized by your parents you are a dumb child and that kind of criticism hurts your emotion in a bad manner. If your parents start calling you a dumb child in a repetitive manner then even if you are a bright child, you start believing that you are one of the dumbest people in the world. And in turn, what will happen is that you can’t able to show your potential even if you have more potential.

Similarly, there are many thoughts and emotions recorded in our minds,s and due to this we are not actually showing our potential and just live a life with that. Our mind is very strong to capture the negative things that happened to us but it may not record the happiest moment of our life. So the negative thing overcomes the positive thing. If we do not work on reprogramming our subconscious mind then our journey in life will go as per the belief system we built since childhood. In fact, whatever position and in whatever situation you are living right now is the result of the recorded stories or belief stored that was developed in your mind.

Good thing is that we can erase those negative belief systems and can able to reprogram our minds but it will require some steps to be followed on regular basis.

There are many tips and tricks that I am going to share with you in order to reprogram your subconscious mind. They are as below:

1. The 10 minutes time before and after sleep is the time when our mind is in the state of the subconscious. So in order to utilize this opportunity, we should start feeding our minds with some positive thoughts. This has to be done on daily basis without fail and gradually what will happen is that your previously recorded belief will start going to fade and the new belief system will start to develop. I can’t tell you the exact time it will take to wipe out your old stories but daily practice will surely give you the results in a shorter period of time

2. It was said that when you are having a bath, your mind goes into a subconscious state. So think of positive thoughts while having a bath every time

3. When we are watching Horror or suspense movies, our mind automatically goes into a subconscious state. So while watching any kind of such movies, do utilize it for your own purpose

4. Playing in a swing or going on a roller coaster is fun doing things but do you know that when you are up in the sky in a swing or in a roller coaster, your mind goes into the subconscious state automatically because you are thrilled and excited at that point of time. So use this opportunity and think of some positive things that you want to achieve in your life

5. Even when we are angry or happy, we are in the state of the subconscious. So whenever you feel angry then feed some positive thoughts. You will see that your mind will become calm over a period of time

6. Your mind goes into the state of subconscious even when you are eating food. So think of positive things while eating food which not only helps in proper digestion but also helps in reprogramming your subconscious mind

Conclusion:

I have given you these simple tricks that you can apply as and when you get an opportunity in order to reprogram your subconscious mind. There may be other steps you may find in other books or websites but the above steps are very easy to apply and I am doing them on regular basis. I have seen many positive results in my life by applying these steps and I am sure that it will also be helpful to you.
