Grasping Time
"Forward is the way!" we hear. As if there were any other options. Time does not turn back, the present does not regress, and the future does not recede. We have no choice when it comes to the path. The signposts can be - and are - various, if we believe in free will, but, with each step we take, our previous footprint disappears, it becomes only imagined. Behind us, nothing, a cliff. Did we really walked from behind? It doesn't matter, but that step brought us here.

Seeing the essence of the problem
Recently, a mother talked to me. She was troubled recently because her child was in 11th grade, but her child was becoming very rebellious and hated studying, and her child had recently talked to her again about dropping out of school, and she didn't want her child to do that, she wanted her child to stay in school. I then asked her, "Do you know what your child likes? She said her child loves rap and has wanted to be a rapper since he was a kid. Then she asked me how she could convince her child to stay in school.

Are you a person who loves to get angry? No one can have smooth sailing in life, and there are always things that may affect our emotions. Everyone gets angry, and everyone has moments of anger, but anger is a particularly harmful thing to the body, we should not take the mistakes of others to punish us and put ourselves in danger.

Age is not an issue
The years go by, and each of us is being pushed by time. Time inevitably passes day by day and age grows with it. We have to accept this fact and not be overly hard on ourselves. Everyone wants to stay young and keep their youthful years, but time doesn't always keep you young.
