Preparation Is...
This article contains comments about preparation from people on Facebook.

Facebook sends memories every day of our activities from years past. I have had a Facebook account for over 25 years. I love getting those memories. Many of my friends are no longer on Facebook for various reasons. However, new people are always joining the site and requesting to become friends. Therefore, people are often coming and going.
I constantly post on Facebook, and I am always happy to read comments from people all over the world.
A Precious Memory
On June 29, 2010, I posted just two words: "Preparation is..."
I wanted to see how my friends would complete the sentence. I wanted them to do exactly what they did. I was delighted to read their comments sixteen years ago. I had forgotten about the comments until June 29, 2026. That's when Facebook sent me the memories, and I was still delighted all over again.
My Post

You can see that I was the first to comment on my own post to set it as an example for others to follow. Everyone did exactly what was expected, and I was not disappointed with Leslie L. Jackson's comment or with the one provided by Rev. Patricia Rogers.
The comments continued from Pastor Pernell Johnson, Betty Jett, Rev. Patricia Rogers, and my sister, Rev. Blanche E. Murphy. All of them had great things to say, and I acknowledged them.

The last part of the post included what Dee Robinson wrote as well as what Betty Jett wrote the second time.

What those people wrote sixteen years ago is what is called "evergreen content" because it is just as prevalent today as it was then. In fact, like an evergreen tree, their words have grown over the years.
To Those Who Commented
- Leslie L. Jackson: Hopefully, you are remembering to prepare your gym bag the night before and taking it with you to the gym.
- Rev. Patricia Roger: There has not been a famine in our land since your comment. However, it is good to know you were prepared had it been one.
- Pastor Pernell Johnson: The King has not come yet, but I am glad you were prepared then and now.
- Betty Jett: Keep making your grocery lists and remembering to take them with you to the store.
- Rev. Blanche E. Murphy: Your post reminded me of Ephesians 6:11-17, where Paul encouraged us to "put on the full armor of God."
- Dee Robinson: Thanks for emphasizing the importance of praying and living by the Word of God.
- Betty Jett: You ended the comments on a good note. It is what is called a "Christology Move" when we acknowledge Jesus Christ. Thanks for doing just that.
