Everything in your life comes down to your mind.

If you just keep your mind right, everything is gonna be right and the opposite is also true. If your mind isn’t right nothing is gonna be right.

A chaotic mind cannot make the right decision, cannot focus, cannot think clearly, and cannot avoid distractions.

To achieve anything in life, you need to be in a good mental state. When you are in a good mental state you will have good clarity of what is important, what you need to achieve, and how to achieve it.

In the current world, the most valuable skill that one can have is the ability to FOCUS.

If you can just FOCUS your mind on the right thing for a long period of time on anything whether it may be building a business, studying to getting a job, creating a YouTube channel, or becoming a writer, you name it.

Also, look around you everyone lacks focus they are all watching TV shows and scrolling social media, it’s time for you to utilize this opportunity.

Beat them all.

We are in a constant battle with each other on everything, you want that job so do others, you want that girl in your college so does everyone else, you will not get them if you just do the things that everyone around you is doing, you have to change.

So, how to change? Again it comes down to your mind.

Procrastination, Laziness, Depression, and Anxiety are signs that you have poor mental health. With poor mental health, it’s impossible to work on the task that can make you someone you are proud of.

So, how to improve my mental health? It’s simple cut down the bad habits. Stop spending too much time on your phones, and more importantly, STOP FUCKIN’ SCROLLING.

If you are bored don’t binge-watch and eat junk food, don’t scroll, just leave the house and go for a walk or play football or something.

Our enemy is always with us, do you know who it is? It’s our phone. Just pause and think “Are you using your phone or your phone is using you?” How many times have you opened Instagram or YouTube without your intention? Your hand just grabs the phone, your index finger touches the fingerprint sensor, unlocks it, and your thumb finger clicks on the Instagram icon and starts scrolling. But your mind was numb when all this was happening.

Bro, your phone controls you. When you have poor mental health you will not be able to stop yourself from indulging in these unwanted habits.

That’s why instead of trying to fight those habits, just improve your mental health.

This is how you do it.

Get on a Dopamine Detox. A lot of YouTube videos are available on YouTube. Just watch one and understand how it works and start cultivating the habits.

Here are 5 best habits that you need to do to improve your MENTAL HEALTH:

Meditate (Do it first thing in the morning)

Gratitude (Appreciate the things you have, most people don’t even have them, you will get food to eat every day that’s not the case for most people, you are safe, you have shelter to live in, you have people who love you(mom and dad), and your country is not under a war attack).

Exercise (Do it, don’t make excuses. Do it at least 15 minutes every day).

Talk with people (Instead of scrolling and spoiling your mental health, talk with your mother, call an old friend, or go to a park and interact with the kids).

Eat Healthy (The food you eat has some effects on your mental health, stop eating sugary junk foods).

Here are 5 worst habits that you need to do to spoil your MENTAL HEALTH:

Start scrolling immediately after waking up (An amazing way to start your day).

Eat tasty sugary food.

Binge-watch TV shows.

Watch Porn (🙈 This is the best way to spoil your MENTAL HEALTH completely, do it).

Don’t get enough sleep (Watch TV shows and scroll because they are more important than your sleep).

Bro, you can read some more articles like this but there is no use if you are not gonna take any action.

Remember this “Easy Choices = Hard Life”, “Hard Choices = Easy Life”.

To be honest, meditation, eating healthy, being grateful, and moving your body for 15 minutes every day is not even that hard.

Your mind leads to thoughts your thoughts lead to actions your actions lead to habits your habits lead to character your character is your destiny.

MIND -> THOUGHTS -> ACTIONS -> HABITS -> CHARACTER -> DESTINY.
