Starting your day with exercise is like giving your body a good morning hug. It wakes you up, gets your blood flowing, and makes you feel ready to take on the world. It doesn't have to be a huge commitment, in fact, 7 minutes of exercise is better than nothing, it's a start! Every little bit counts, right?

Think of it this way, with 7 minutes of exercise a day, you'll be able to burn enough calories to enjoy that extra slice of pizza. And who wouldn't want that?

But seriously, 7 minutes is better than no minutes. It's like taking baby steps towards fitness. So, if you're feeling lazy and unmotivated, just remind yourself that 7 minutes is just enough time to watch a funny cat video on YouTube. And who knows, you might even end up doing more than 7 minutes.

In short, 7 minutes of exercise a day is better than no exercise at all. But, if you're looking for a complete transformation, then you might have to up your game a bit. But hey, Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was a fit body. So, keep at it, and remember to have fun with it!

You need to add a variety of exercises, different intensities and duration to make it more effective. Let me give you some examples of exercises you found on Fitness Mind:

You could do 7 minutes of Planks, but by the end of it, you'll be so out of breath that you'll need another 7 minutes to catch your breath.

You could do 7 minutes of Squats, but by the time you finish, your legs will be so wobbly that you'll need another 7 minutes to regain your balance.

You could do 7 minutes of Push-ups, but by the time you finish, you'll be so tired that you'll need another 7 minutes to catch your breath.

You could do 7 minutes of Lunges, but by the time you finish, you'll be so sweaty that you'll need another 7 minutes to take a shower.

You could do 7 minutes of Crunches, but by the time you finish, you'll be so tired that you'll need another 7 minutes to catch your breath.

Starting your day with exercise is not only good for your body, but it's also good for your soul. So, give yourself a pat on the back and go get your sweat on. Your body will thank you, and you'll have a great story to tell at the breakfast table.

Imagine starting your day with a smile instead of a snooze button. Exercise can do just that! It releases endorphins, the feel-good hormones, and makes you feel like you can conquer anything. Whether it's a morning dance party, a silly jog, or a zen yoga session, taking time to focus on your physical health can help you start the day on a positive note.

7 minutes of exercise a day may sound like a small amount of time, but it can still make a difference. Instead of trying to do one exercise for 7 minutes, you could try doing one minute of each of the exercises as suggested here 7 exercises to do everyday such as Planks, Squats, Push-ups, Lunges, and Crunches. This way, you can target different muscle groups and give your body a full-body workout in just 7 minutes.

It's like getting a head start on being healthy, so you can enjoy all the naughty things in life guilt-free. Who doesn't want that? So, instead of hitting the snooze button and going back to bed, why not hit the gym and get your day started with a big hug for your body?
