If you feel directionless and lost, read this.

The synchronicity at which success and failure hit us is believed to be the rhythmic flair of life. Striving to be the best we can ever be, our tireless endeavours plunge us into the uncertain waters that challenge us and propel us to move forward. But as we stride on this journey, there are often when we lose our sense of belief that we hold, the virtue of our strength often loses itself in the dreary desert of dejection and hopelessness, when life takes an unexpected turn, the one that was not anticipated. While it is true that everything that is meant for us will find us in due course of time, the anticipation and expectation of working towards something and not having it always simmers the hope we hold for ourselves.

We all have been through turbulent times of failure and have existed in a convulsed existence that felt meaningless. To the ones who feel directionless and lost in life, I hope you remember that there is so much beauty that is meant for you. When you feel you have lost your sight to the shore, that is when you learn to navigate your sail through the dynamic waters of life. It is humane to feel inadequate when you fail, but remember you have the power to change the reality to live in. The being in which you preside, the life that you stride upon is a reflection of the perception you hold for yourself. The mindset that you hold in any circumstance, forges to be the reality you thrive in. Rejection is often the opportunity to reassess and redirect yourself to what is meant for you.

Whenever you feel clogged up by negative thoughts here is a list of certain things that you can do

1)Exercise- Indulging in physical activity helps you recharge your mind and build yourself over time. As you move your body, it lets you come out of the downward spiral of negative emotions and helps you build a positive mindset.

2)Gratitude Journaling- Learn to train your mind to see the optimistic side of things in any situation. Easier said than done, but practising gratitude helps you realize the abundance that lies in your life.

3)Indulging in your favourite hobby- Take time out to indulge in your favourite hobby, pursuing your creative pursuits always gives you a greater perspective.

4)Learn new skills - Expose yourselves to new arenas of learning and expand your knowledge base. When you learn new skills, it broadens your horizons and helps you learn new perspectives.

5)Limit social media- The world of social media is often adorned with concealed smiles and deceitful tales of their lives look like. You are not in competition with anybody and cutting down on social media makes you realise that.

6)Create a routine for yourself - Embrace the notion of discipline through your journey. Create a series of activities that create a routine which you follow consistently. Remember small consistent actions that lead to long-term growth are way better than spending your time planning and overthinking.

7)This too shall pass- Every phase of life teaches us something, when life hits you with a surge of uncertainty and failure, remember no matter what it is, this too shall pass and better times are on their way to you.

The times of hardship are the best teachers in life. It fosters you into a stronger, better version of yourself that oozes with self-confidence and self-belief. I hope you remember that your life is not a movie that needs to be affirmed and accepted by others, rather it is a journey of personal trajectories and victories that lie unique and individualistic to you.

As you navigated the troubled waters of time,

I hope you work at your pace and believe in the beauty of the divine.

Best
