Frugality does not need to mean trading your favourite cereal for the generic store brand. It does not need to mean living without napkins. Cooking in bulk can completly change your dinner routine. Try and cook in bulk based on what's on sale that week. Try to cook on a Sunday afternoon and have enough to freeze several portions. During the week, simply take those meals out of the freezer and heat them up. Your budget and your waistline will thank you.
