BTS

BTS suffered at the beginning, Everyone thinks that success comes easily, and that you can become famous and well-known if you have good luck and abundance. Without luck, you cannot be successful, but that's not happened with Bangtan .

"Life is tough, and things don't always work out well, but we should be brave and go on with our lives.” Said by Suga BTS after winning their Billboard's Top Social Artist award ..

BTS has gone through many difficulties and situations, but they continued to work hard to show us that perseverance and patience are the foundations of success. And to let us know that Life may become blue and gray sometimes, but then life goes on, and you just have to love yourself and wake up again to achieve your dreams.

Before BTS became the global phenomenon that they are today, the members of the group had to overcome many challenges and obstacles. From financial struggles to personal setbacks, BTS's journey to success was not an easy one.

Many of the members of BTS came from humble backgrounds, with some growing up in poverty and facing financial difficulties.

Suga ( Min Yoongi ) BTS member:

Suga (whose real name is Min Yoongi) grew up in a small town in South Korea and worked part-time jobs to support his passion for music. He even worked a part-time unpaid job at a recording studio to pursue his passion for music. There were days when he could only afford to eat one bowl of noodles because he didn't have enough money to last the whole day. When Big Hit Entertainment conducted a rap competition, Suga won second place and became an official trainee for the agency. However, he continued to work part-time as a delivery boy because he needed the money. While working, he had an unexpected accident on his motorcycle, which caused a serious injury to his shoulder. He tried to hide his pain during training so that the company wouldn't notice and fire him, but they eventually found out and paid him so he wouldn't have to work Part-time anymore. After his situation improved significantly, one day, he received a phone call while going through his schedule, informing him that his father had been diagnosed with liver cancer. This made Suga very sad and he felt helpless. Despite these challenges and painful memories, Suga continued his training and now become one of the most famous rappers in the world. I recommend listening to the song "AMYGDALA" from Suga's solo album, in which he talks about his painful memories.

RM (Rap Monster) BTS member:

Similarly, RM (formerly known as Rap Monster) grew up in a single-parent household.RM began his journey from an underground rapper singing on the streets to a famous rapper known by everyone. He faced a lot of criticism in the beginning, where people mocked him and his music. Not only that, but they also bullied him for his appearance. However, RM, the leader, did not pay attention to that and continued to pursue his dream. He was the first member of the group to be selected by Big Hit Entertainment to become the leader of the world-famous BTS.

Jin member of BTS:

Jin, was scouted by Big Hit Entertainment while on his way to a college entrance exam. However, he was initially hesitant to pursue a career in music due to the stigma surrounding idols in South Korea.Jin's childhood was not quiet, as he was constantly compared to his older brother who was the head of the students in school and received his mother's attention, which made Jin feel lonely and pressured to be like his brother.jin also faced the challenge of being rejected by multiple entertainment agencies before joining BTS. When he joined the BTS group, he suffered a lot from criticism from people who said he was chosen because he was handsome, not because he had talent, and they criticized his dance moves. But Jin wanted to prove everyone wrong and to prove to his mother that he could be a successful person. He would go days without sleep to practice dance moves and improve himself. Training became his main escape from the negative feelings that surrounded him. He always played the role of the older brother in BTS, which made him feel pressure as the oldest member to be a good example for them all. And now, Jin has proven to everyone that he becomes a famous singer because of hard work and great effort.

J-hope Member of BTS:

J-Hope was a member of an underground dance team called Neuron, and he was well-known for his distinctive dancing skills since he was young. However, the road to success was not easy for him, faced criticism from his family and peers for his dream of becoming a rapper.his father strongly opposed his desire to become a dancer. He was told that he should pursue a more stable career path, But his mother supported him financially , she had to work abroad to fulfill her children's dreams, J-Hope was able to pursue his passion. He was very grateful to his mother and even released a song called "MAMA". after joining BTS,J-Hope treated his fellow members like family, as he was very attached to his own family, including his sister, whom he rarely saw due to his busy schedule. There was a moment when J-Hope considered leaving BTS to pursue a solo dance career, due to criticism from haters and the pressure he faced. But, he changed his mind after seen Jungkook Cried and begged him to stay with BTS and not leave them.

Jimin member of BTS:

Jimin , faced the challenge of being a trainee for a long time before debuting with BTS. He also Jimin used to watch the BTS members train from behind the doors and imitate their dance moves. He practiced a lot to become a part of BTS. When the company's manager noticed his talent, he added him to the team. However, it was not an easy journey for Jimin as he struggled with moments of self-doubt and was told by some that he was not attractive enough to be an idol. He put a lot of pressure on himself to lose weight, eating only one meal a day, sometimes just an one apple, and going for days with only drinking water just to lose weight! This worried the ARMY as Jimin appeared tired when performing difficult dance moves. They pleaded with him to stop dieting. Jimin also received kill threats before, which made him sad that someone in the world hated him and wanted to kill him!. He mentioned this at a press conference held by BTS before their concert in Seoul after the "Love Yourself" album.

V member of BTS:

V, also known as Kim Taehyung, had no prior formal instruction in singing or dancing before joining BTS. He was scouted by Big Hit Entertainment through the recommendation of a friend, and joined the company as a trainee in 2012. When V first appeared with BTS in 2013, his distinctive voice and style received criticism from both fans and professionals in the entertainment industry. However, over time, V's vocal abilities and performance improved significantly, and he became known for his distinct vocal tone and energetic stage presence. Despite his lack of formal education, V dedicated himself to improving his performance as a performer and received accolades from fans and professional peers for his dedication, passion, and talent as part of BTS.

Jungkook member of BTS:

Jungkook (Known as JK), the youngest member of the BTS group, joined the group when he was 15 years old. He had always dreamed of becoming a famous singer someday. The age difference between him and some of the other members was significant, Jin, for example, being four years older than him so JK had to work hard to catch up with the other members' skills. He also struggled with the pressure of being a part of such a successful group .At first, he was shy and didn't talk much with them. Jungkook also missed his family a lot and was saddened by not seeing them often. He was weak in dancing at first, but he worked hard and trained a lot until he became a a very good dancer with precision. In the early days, Jungkook suffered from bullying by some people who made fun of him because of his young age, but he overcame that and he is now one of the most famous global singers. He is also the first Korean singer who sang in the opening of the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Despite these challenges, the members of BTS persevered and worked hard to achieve their dreams. They spent countless hours practicing and perfecting their craft, often sacrificing sleep and leisure time to pursue their passion for music.

Their hard work paid off in 2013 when they officially debuted as a group with their single "No More Dream." Although the song did not initially achieve commercial success, BTS continued to release new music and build a dedicated fanbase.

Overall, BTS's journey to success was not an easy one, and the members of the group had to overcome many challenges and setbacks to get to where they are today. However, their hard work, perseverance, and dedication to their craft have made them one of the most popular and influential acts in the music industry, and they continue to inspire and empower people around the world.
