They fight the Titans in countless fights with the competent Levi and his squad. Nevertheless, a government-Titans plot is slowly being discovered.

Season 2: The military finds that Titans may emerge within the walls, leading them to suspect that one of them is a traitor. Eren discovers that he can transform into a Titan, making him a great asset to the military. But, his hold on this authority is shaky. The Survey Corps, a military branch entrusted with researching outside the walls, finds the presence of sentient Titans, including the Beast Titan, who commands a Titan army. They also discover that the key to unlocking the Titans' secrets is hidden in Eren's basement of his boyhood home.

Marley, another country that utilised Titans as weapons of war, tormented and oppressed the Eldians. Eren and his comrades stumble into a scheme to reclaim Eldia's authority by capturing control of the Founding Titan, a strong Titan capable of controlling other Titans and manipulating memories. The gang is forced to battle their own people, including their erstwhile buddy Reiner and his colleagues, who turn out to be Eldian soldiers ordered to penetrate the walls.

Season 4:

The final season features two key storylines. The first recounts Eren's effort to carry out his plan to wipe out all life outside of Paradis Island, the Eldians' last bastion. He gets more cruel and estranged from his pals. The second plot revolves around the country of Marley and its battles with other countries, particularly Eldia.
