Are You Truly Willing To Pay The Costs?
The Harsh Truth Most People Are Unwilling To Face In Their Lives

Written by a human, for humans, always.
Everybody has something that they claim to want...
Success in their careers...
To become creative or innovative...
To have some level of health or physical appearance...
To have a successful relationship...
But...
Are they truly willing to pay the costs?
The harsh truth is...
Most people want the results of these different things in their lives...
But they are not truly willing to pay the costs.
Let's take the example of having a certain appearance.
What many people claim to want with that goal is some sort of "model" figure.
But...
What does it actually cost to get that look?
What most people do not see behind the scenes of the "model" figure...
Is the pain and misery that people put themselves through to get that figure.
If the model look requires a certain level of muscle, there is a gigantic calorie level needed...
Sometimes in the range of 6000 calories...
Much of it being protein, which can cause digestive challenges when consumed at those levels...
Especially when the source of the protein is not considered (which most models do not).
Plus, there is a requirement to do workouts...
Usually along the lines of 3 to 8 hours, 6 to 7 days a week.
But that is just to get the muscle (if required)...
That is not what actually gets the "toned" look...
Which is also what allows you to get the "super skinny" look if muscle is less of a requirement.
What many people do not realize...
Is that models do not look like the pictures 24/7...
It is a crafted look "for" the photoshoot...
Which often requires starvation and dehydration over the week before the photoshoot...
Which is very difficult and can very easily become an eating disorder like Bulimia.
But it is worse...
Because the process of starving and dehydrating yourself...
Is usually followed up with eating to gain back some weight...
Actually causes significant stress damage in the body and creates a nervous system reaction...
Making it more difficult to repeat the process in the future...
Meaning you have to continually become "more" extreme with these behaviors over time to get the same "look"...
Some of which can cause life-threatening and irreversible damage to the body over time.
Not to mention other more intense and more dangerous methods to get these results.
Is that a cost you're truly willing to pay?
Most people struggle with even going to the gym multiple times a week and changing their diet habits just for overall health purposes...
Let alone the required extremes for these results.
But it is not just in physical appearance that people are unwilling to pay the costs...
That is just an easy example to show what is actually necessary that most people are (in my opinion, based on the consequences, rightly) unwilling to actually do.
But so many people are unwilling to pay the costs required for most of what they claim to want in life.
They say they want to be a millionaire or billionaire...
But they are unwilling to save or invest money, create or obtain assets, and do the work necessary to reach that result.
They say they want to become well-known and the best in their industry...
But they are unwilling to dedicate untold hours to mastering and pushing their skills and abilities beyond the current limits of their industry...
Or figuring out how to successfully get recognition for their work at the same time.
They say they want to be healthy...
But they are unwilling to actually do real research (like read and understand research studies) to understand what healthy actually means...
Then consistently stick with the habits required over years...
And giving up many of the things they have become accustomed to having and doing.
They say they want to be creative and innovative...
But they are unwilling to engage daily in the creative and innovative process where they go through many failed ideas (Often hundreds)...
Unwilling to continuously have their work called failures...
Before finding the tiny few that are actually creative or innovative and simultaneously recognized as such.
They say they want strong relationships...
But they are unwilling to understand the needs of others, even if it does not satisfy their current desires...
And unwilling to change their own problems for the sake of the relationship...
Or create healthy boundaries within the relationship...
Assuming they are basing what they want in a relationship on any semblance of reality instead of an unrealistic fantasy.
Here is the harsh truth that people need to face...
If you are unwilling to pay the costs...
You will not get the things you want in life.
Perhaps there is one other important lesson, however...
Some costs...
Are not actually worth it...
While other costs provide vastly more than they may appear at first.
The question is not just about whether you are willing to pay the costs...
But are the costs truly worth what people believe they are?
