We all go through our own unique struggles that no one else can understand. What we can understand is that we all have to lean how to handle our struggles.

These are some of the thing that I’ve learned in order to deal with the struggles in life.

1. Love your family.

Your family are the first ones who will accept you for who you are and love you when no one else will. They will annoy you, curse at you, hurt you, try to control your life, and make you mad and cry, but they are the people who know what is best for you. Appreciate and treasure them, because they are the greatest gift you will ever receive. They teach you how to have relationships as a safe place for you to fail because they will always forgive you when you make mistakes.

2. Love yourself.

It is not necessary to love yourself first.For me, just loving your self is enough. It is enough for you to know what your worth is what you deserve and how you should be treated. Knowing your worth means knowing that you have infinite value because you are beautiful in your own unique ways and that is a remarkable truth. Knowing what you deserve means that you are willing to work as a hard as it takes for the desires of your heart. Knowing how you should be treated means not taking crap from anyone. If someone expects you to put up with their crap as condition for being in a relationship with you then they have no business being in your life.

3. Choosing Your Friends Wisely

I believe your environment can influence who you are and can also shape your future. The people who you hangout with have a big impact on you. But we always have control over who we allow into our lives. We can choose to surround ourselves with a positive people, with loving people, with wise people, with truthful people. It is important that our friends tells us the true even we don’t want to hear it. If someone is always telling you what they think you want to hear, then that someone is manipulating you and that someone is not your friend.

4. Dream big.

Dream and work for your dreams. Dream as much as you can and work hard. Achieve your goals like traveling, having relationships, having a career having a healthy and happy family and other life goals. Everything is in your hands. Dream, pray, and work for it and if you fail your dreams stand up and dream more. Don’t give up! Failure is a part of the road to success. I know failure is painful but that pain is worth fighting through because that can help you to grow and become the best version of your self.

5. Be healthy.

Be healthy with your body, mind, and soul.

Being healthy in your body means eating right, exercising, and having plenty of rest. Being healthy in your mind means renewing your mind daily in good words and being healthy in spirit means having a happy heart choosing to be thankful for all that you have and everything that you don’t have. It is important to learn how to handle difficult emotions in a healthy way.

6. Don't forget but forgive.

You have to forgive yourself when you let your self down, because if you don’t your lowering your self worth and you are worthy of forgiveness.You have to forgive others because if you don’t you are lowering the energy you have to accomplish your dreams. You must never forget because you have to protect yourself and know what you and other people are capable of.
