But it is within reach, only awaiting discovery through personal development. Here are some pragmatic tips and insights learned from my journey and mentors' wisdoms:

Setting Clear Goals

Setting clear, achievable goals is one of the basic pillars of personal growth. Goals provide us with direction and purpose, providing a guide for how to make our efforts meaningful. Short or long, they must be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely. Instead of just having a "more of" goal, a SMART goal might be "jog 30 minutes every morning before I go to work."

Task management is the key factor in relation to productivity. At the beginning of each new day, identify what really needs to be done. Techniques exist to set your tasks in order according to urgency and importance.
