5 Ways to Start Making Money in 2023 Using AI

is it possible?

For the past year, I've used AI techniques to expand my one-woman firm.

Sincerably, it has changed the game.

For instance, I was able to DOUBLE my salary last year without working extra hours because to AI.

My business strategy remained the same. I didn't employ anybody. The only thing that altered was how I applied AI to create a more effective and productive workspace.

I therefore decided to reveal some of the ways I'm using AI to generate income as of 2023.

1. YouTube

I've been making anonymous YouTube channels for some time.

I currently have a handful of channels in a variety of "boring" themes. However, when used together, they result in a sizable monthly income from both affiliate sales and YouTube Adsense.

The majority of the videos I produce are evergreen, which means the information should stay pertinent for at least a few years.

I also make movies about goods I can market using an affiliate link, which allows the videos to generate income even if the channel isn't Adsense-monetized.

Though it takes a lot of time to come up with video subjects, titles, and scripts, particularly if you're a solopreneur who is constantly juggling a dozen tasks.

I started utilising the Jasper AI writing aid last year to hasten the procedure.

Jasper has the ability to generate ideas for video topics, SEO-friendly titles, script outlines, hooks, and introductions.

I may utilise Jasper's "Compose" function to complete the gaps for each section of my script once I have my outline.

After that, I use the script to record a voiceover for the video and combine it with a "faceless" tutorial-style video.

Jasper has the ability to produce SEO-friendly YouTube descriptions.

2. Digital Products (ebook)

For more than a decade, I've been producing straightforward digital goods like ebooks, workbooks, and audiobooks.

I'm getting old, man.

Each one is a minor asset that boosts my company's revenue.

And I can assure you that it ADDS UP!

Although it has always been very simple to develop and sell digital items, the creation of content is now more quicker and simpler thanks to AI tools like Jasper.

Here's a guide:

Imagine that I have a concept for a digital "workbook" that will assist independent contractors in better managing their finances.

First off, I have some knowledge on this subject as a result of my extensive self-employment history. You'll see that I'm not counting on Jasper or, heaven forbid, ChaptGPT to provide me with reliable information.

However, I would use Jasper's "chat" feature to create an outline for my workbook in order to hasten the idea gathering and outlining process.

I answered the question: Outline a workbook on "Money Management for Freelancers."

The outputs Jasper provides me with are typically not used by me as-is, but they are usually an excellent place to start.

The best part is that it just took 30 seconds as opposed to the 10 to 30 minutes it might have taken me to come up with a similar layout on my own.

I can then ask Jasper for content suggestions for each part, which I can then edit and modify as I see fit.

In addition, I include my own ideas, examples, section headings, paragraphs, etc.

just remember this is just to help you not be you

You are not required to utilise ConvertKit, of course.

In addition, I've made sales of digital goods through Teachable, Etsy, Gumroad, and my personal website(s).

To multiply the impact of your efforts, you might advertise your digital products on your YouTube channel, wink, wink.

3. Online Courses

Let me start by saying that I have a troubled past with online education.

However, I genuinely believe that one of the best methods to generate significant revenue online in 2023 is STILL through online courses.

I operated my business as a personal brand from 2013 until 2019. I also marketed online courses where I served as both the instructor and the public face of my company.

The amazing thing about selling courses under your own personal brand (as opposed to a publisher brand) is that your courses will sell far better since you can establish a personal connection with your customers.

The less great aspect was that I became really exhausted while performing it.

Therefore, I stopped offering my previous online courses and switched to a publisher model.

Even if I no longer develop online courses as a personal brand, I still do so today as a PUBLISHER. I am no longer the public face of my company, to put it another way.

Nowhere on the internet will you see my face lecturing a course.

Instead, I develop specialised brands based on particular subjects, after which I produce online courses to market alongside the brand.

Using Jasper to aid in the creation of an online course follows a procedure that is fairly similar to that of producing any other digital good.

Jasper will first be tasked with coming up with potential course titles and a sample outline.

From here, I would just fill in the parts on my own or with Jasper's assistance, following a similar procedure to developing a digital product or YouTube video script.

Once I'm satisfied with the script, I might use a Fiverr freelancer to record the lessons or provide a voice-over for a video that serves as a tutorial or presentation.

I prefer to use Teachable or Thinkific to sell my online courses.

You may always post your content to Udemy or Skillshare if you don't want to invest in a platform for online courses that you own.

Just be aware that you'll be subject to their constantly shifting rules.

4. Affiliate marketing

I bet one of the first things you saw when you put "how to make money online" into a search engine was "affiliate marketing."

Because you are compensated for advertising someone else's goods, affiliate marketing is fantastic.

Customer service, inventory, and overhead do not exist.

only money.

If you don't know how to build affiliate content that generates sales, it's incredibly difficult to make money with affiliate marketing.

Similar to the South Park episode where the knickers gnomes try to explain how they intend to generate money by stealing people's knickers...

Phase 1: Steal underpants

What occurs in Phase 2, though?

Phase 2 is the content and messaging used in affiliate marketing to persuade customers to buy the product you are promoting so that you can earn a commission.

It turns out that most people find this phase to be very challenging.

But here's where AI can be useful.

I've discovered a number of templates in Jasper to be quite helpful when it comes to writing content to advertise affiliate products.

Which are:

AIDA Framework, PAS Framework, Before-After-Bridge Framework for Persuasive Bullet Points, Mini VSL (video sales letter), and Landing page template.

These are marketing templates that you can fill out with information on the product you want to sell, and they will assist you in creating persuading material for your website, email newsletter, social media accounts, YouTube, TikToc videos, and other online platforms.

To market whatever it is you're trying to sell, you can also use the Jasper Chat feature and ask it to write you an article, sales pages, social media posts, etc. Here is a very basic illustration of how to create affiliate material using Jasper.

I'm going to go to Amazon and click on this arbitrary dog feeder and water dispenser for this example.

If you participate in the Amazon Associates programme, each time someone clicks on your link and purchases this item, you may earn around $3:

Simply copy the product description and title from the Amazon page and paste them into Jasper.

Here, I'm utilising Jasper to build my content while utilising the AIDA marketing framework:

This script might then be used for a TikTok video, a social media post, an advertisement, or as the introduction of a lengthy review piece comparing multiple products.

Although this is a very basic illustration, I believe you can get the general idea.

5. Publishing

This one was saved for last because I am aware that it is quite contentious.

I'm aware that there are folks out there that use ChatGPT to produce shoddy content in large volumes and try to resell it as a "book" on Amazon.

Because I don't believe those folks will ultimately succeed, I'm going to strongly advise you NOT to do that.

First off, Amazon is not a moron.

I go at self-publishing Facebook and Discord groups, and I notice that a lot of people who try to game the system have their accounts suspended.

However, there are still some morally acceptable applications of AI in the publishing industry.

In 2023, I'll be employing it in the following ways at my publishing company:

thought creation

Describe the structure

titles and subtitles

descriptions of books

content of a sales page.

I could say so much more about this, but I'm going to stop there for the time being.
