Full disclosure, I have a pretty decent hairline considering my age and what I am going to advise here is not going to restore your hair, it will just stop it from getting worse. The key here is to catch it quickly so you have a fighting chance. Though I have seen some new hairs pop in using these methods, it will definitely not regrow a massive amount you may be hoping for. There are obvious answers to this problem; workout more, reduce stress, avoid sun damage, yada yada yada. Instead of these things we all already know I am going to outline the exact products and routine I use with a link for where to buy them:

#1 Ketoconazole Shampoo <Click Here for Product>

This shampoo has anti-fungal properties: that is used to treat a variety of fungal infections. When used in shampoo form, it helps to combat scalp conditions such as dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis that can contribute to hair loss. It has also been shown to inhibit the production of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone that is linked to hair loss in men and women. By blocking the production of DHT, ketoconazole can help to prevent further hair loss. Best of all it is convenient and easy to use: Unlike other hair loss treatments, ketoconazole shampoo is a non-invasive solution that can be easily incorporated into one's hair care routine. It is also widely available and does not require a prescription.

#2 Biotin Supplement <Click Here For Product>

Biotin, also known as Vitamin H, is a B-vitamin that plays a crucial role in hair health and growth as it supports hair health: Biotin is involved in the metabolism of proteins and helps to produce keratin, a key protein in hair and nails. By providing the body with adequate levels of biotin, it is possible to support the health and growth of hair. It also improves hair thickness: Biotin has been shown to improve hair thickness, making it a popular supplement for people looking to improve the appearance of thinning hair. The recommended daily dosage of biotin for hair loss varies, but most studies suggest taking between 2.5mg to 10mg per day. It is always best to consult with a doctor or healthcare provider to determine the best dosage for individual needs and to avoid any potential side effects or interactions with other medications.

# 3 Pumpkin Seed Oil <Click Here For Product>

Pumpkin seed oil is considered a good solution for hair loss for several reasons. It is rich in nutrients: Pumpkin seed oil is rich in vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids, all of which are important for hair health and growth. It is particularly high in zinc, which is essential for hair growth and health. It blocks DHT: Pumpkin seed oil has been shown to block the production of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone linked to hair loss in both men and women. By blocking DHT, pumpkin seed oil can help to prevent further hair loss. And lastly, it stimulates hair growth: Pumpkin seed oil has been shown to stimulate hair growth and improve the overall health of hair follicles. It is believed to improve blood flow to the hair follicles, providing them with the nutrients they need to grow.

#4 Rosemary Oil <Click Here For Product>

Rosemary oil has been used for centuries for its various health benefits, including its potential to help with hair loss. The oil is extracted from the rosemary plant and is known for its fresh, herbaceous scent and its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. One of the main reasons that rosemary oil is believed to help with hair loss is because of its ability to improve blood circulation. Good blood circulation is important for hair growth and health, as it helps to deliver oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles. By improving blood circulation, rosemary oil can help to stimulate hair growth and prevent hair loss. Rosemary oil is also thought to help with hair loss by promoting a healthy scalp. The oil is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that can help to reduce inflammation and improve the overall health of the scalp. A healthy scalp is essential for hair growth, and by promoting a healthy scalp, rosemary oil can help to prevent hair loss and encourage new hair growth.

#5 Microneedling Device <Click Here For Product>

Lastly, & most effective is microneedling. Full disclosure, this hurts, you bleed and your head will be red for a day or 2 after, but my god it works! Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that has gained popularity in recent years for its ability to improve the appearance of the skin and reduce the signs of aging. However, microneedling is also being used for hair loss and has been shown to be an effective solution for individuals who are looking to improve the health of their hair and scalp. Microneedling works by creating micro-injuries in the skin using fine, sterilized needles. The injuries stimulate the body's natural healing process and lead to the production of new collagen and elastin, which are important for skin health and appearance. With regards to hair loss, microneedling works by stimulating blood flow to the hair follicles, delivering essential nutrients and oxygen that are needed for healthy hair growth.

Remember, this is what has worked for me, it may not work for everyone. But everything above is an easy thing to add into your routine (minue the micro needling because it does suck to be honest).
