With so much chaos going on around us, it is easy to believe that you do not know where to go next in life or where to turn to for direction. On this walk today, we will walk closer to peace and clarity through this guided walk meditation.

First I want you to take a deep slow breath in, hold for three, and slow exhale out. Let’s try this again, take a deep slow breath in, hold for three, and slow exhale out. One last time, take a deep slow breath in, hold for three, and slow exhale out.

Take a moment and pay attention to the scenery around you. Appreciate this particular path you have chosen to walk on today. Appreciate your body, your muscle, your strength, your energy for bringing you to this space. Focus on your breathing and be present in this moment.

All things are working together for your greater good. Source energy is intentional and if source energy is intentional, then you are meant to be on the path you are on right now. Life has called you to walk this path and Source has already made it possible for you to walk in success on this path. Take a deep breath in, hold for three, and slow exhale out.

You are supported. All is well. Everything around you are aligning to ensure you succeed. Your success is gained by reaching your highest vibrations. Your vibrations are rising as you walk closer and closer to your destination. Take a deep breath in, hold for three, and slow exhale.

You are loved. You are chosen. Source has chosen you to succeed in all that you desire to achieve. There is no limit to what you can do, or how far you can go. The more you walk with Source, the deeper your connection. The deeper your connection, the faster you will arrive to your desired destination. Source will always guide you to your hearts desires. Take a deep breath in, hold for three, and slow exhale.

Just as easily as you’re breathing, love is flowing to you. Just as easily as you’re breathing, joy is flowing to you. Just as easily as you’re breathing, peace is flowing to you. Take a deep breath in, hold for three, and slow exhale.

Think about one moment where you felt love. Hold that image in your head, and feel the emotions from that moment. Now, take a deep breath in, hold for three. Exhale, and as you exhale release that emotion throughout your body.

Now, go back to that moment and capture those same images in your mind. Feel those same wonderful emotions of excitement, peace, and love. Now I want you to think about one thing you desire now. Picture it, hold the image, and be assured that whatever it is you seek is searching for you too. Take a deep breath in, hold for three. Exhale, and release that joy of expectation throughout your body.

You are walking in expectation. You are walking in the fulfillment of your hearts desires. You are achieving goals you did not know you were capable of achieving. Take a moment and notice where you are in your walk. Notice any change in scenery. Appreciate where you are and where you began. Pay attention to your breathing and your pace of walk. Make sure your shoulders are relaxed, your back is nice and straight, and your head is upward to allow air to flow through your body. Take a deep breath in, hold for three, and slow exhale.

Allow yourself to be happy. Allow yourself to be joyful that you have completed yet another success walk. Rest in assurance that you are always being guided by your compass.
