An Unexpected Brealfast Companion
As the first light of dawn gently spills over the horizon, I find myself cradled in the arms of dawn's embrace. The room is veiled in ethereal glow of daybreak has if the nature herself is whispering its secrets in the softest strokes of light. There is a certain stillness that accompanies the early hours, as if the time itself is taking a contemplative breath. Waking up at this tender hour has become an intimate communion with the subtle alchemy of the universe where the transition from dreams to reality is seamless. The early hours adorned with the symphony of nature, have become a sanctuary where I meet the dawn as an old friend, and in its quietude, I discover the beauty of beginnings.

A Cycle Ride to The Rescue
As the golden orb of daylight began its languid descent, and the ethereal symphony of colors painted the heavens with strokes of burnt orange, rose pink, and whispers of lilac. The air carried a gentle breeze, laden with the wistful scent of distant meadows and the promise of a tranquil twilight. As shadows grew longer, stretching their delicate fingers across the landscape, my stomach rumbled, a gentle reminder that hunger had woven its tendrils around me. The fading light danced upon my yearning senses, teasing my appetite with the anticipation of a nourishing reprieve. It was a moment suspended in time, where the celestial spectacle and the beckoning call of sustenance merged, urging me to embark on a delicious journey as the fading sun bid farewell to the day.

The Carb & Fiber Myth: Your Body and Mind Do Not Need Carbs or Fiber – Empirical Science, Facts, and Experts Do Not Lie!
Sadly, this latest attack on me and defamation of character was written by an educated man — a Ph.D. He is not a nutritionist but a microbiome scientist and says he specializes in “gut health.” He has not studied food as I have and condescendingly calls me a so-called “health guru.”

Cookie Delight Break
Sitting on the warm rug surrounded by books is me, having a little self-study session. I have long a go realised as you climb higher on the education ladder the independent work load increases, the homework and the teacher's pressure decreases. I think I prefer it this way, I am able to study and retain much more with light pressure than the overwhelming pressure experienced during high school years. But where there are benefits there are also some drawbacks like uptill high school years we were confined to study from some specific books and that's all but now there is no such specific books it is a wide open study you are given a topic and you have to make your own notes going through several books, this process does consume a lot of time but once done you have a way better understanding on the topic, atleast I do.
