There is a famous saying, "You are what you eat", and the reason to write this blog is to make you aware of that food which can change your life. I've written many blogs on food and a healthy lifestyle, in my surprise it seems a never-ending job to me, as existence has so much for us that, we can't even imagine. This planet is full of magic but most of them never looked at it with curiosity, You can be whatever you want, what does matter is the choice of your food and courage, this body is the accumulation of food over a period of time, some foods are particularly for brain functions only while others heal our body, hence it's very important to know them correctly, food can just change your body and overall behaviors, you can say in other word, that our food is like a piece of software, and each software has it own program to run, and of course the benefits.

A study has proven, that our brain is the actual reason behind our joy, pleasure, pain, griefs, tears, sorrow, laughter, in-face our brain is the super-computer of our body that can control and hold everything, the most powerful organ in our body.

Sneak into your brain you will be surprised to know that, there are 86 billion efficient transistors running the intire system, wait a minute, do you know what that system is called? that system is "Life".

Our modern society has changed the way live, some diets give poor nutrient content and full of toxic that have adverse effect on health and mind as well as a result, we feel like we are saddled with stress, there is no connection with nature.

Impact of Toxic on our health

foods that are prepared in an artificial way, tend to have more toxic exposure, one of the reasons behind anxiety, depression, and could be long-term risk for disease. Physical Stagnation, Chronic Stress, Sleep Loss, These all are the major problems in modern society. In, this blog I have 3 foods and ways,that can help your brain to function smoothly.

1.Olive Oil (Extra-Virgin)

We all know, Olive-oil is way too healthy, mostly food cooked in this oil tends to give a healthy experience to our body, have you ever slurped this as in its natural foam, just like soup?

I think your answer will be "No", but it has great benifits as the compound called "Oleocanthal" has powerful stimulation on our body, and the surprising thing about this method as it has no side-effect (just take small TPS). It can also remove the sticky-protein(Aggregates to toxic) and can clean the toxic and help brain to clean itself.

2.Avocados

In a previous blog I've talked about the immense benefits of "Avocados" Great fruit of all time, all-in-one "Genius Food" not only body but you can sharpen your mind too as it has the highest fat-protecting capacity, in addition to that it is the magnet for oxidative stress. this fruit itself is enough to provide different types of "Vitamin E" its good for the body, it helps to boost your brain processing speed, furthermore it has an abundant source of healthy fats. Avocado is an excellent food that can nurture your brain.

3.Blueberries

Blueberries have the highest capacity of antioxidant. This one fruit should set on everyone's table as it has been seen that blueberries help to enhance signalig in the part of brain that actually handle memory. There have been some research in which they found that if you consume blueberries for more than tweleve weeks it can improve your memory funtion. You can mix-up the things little! instead of blueberries you can consume bilberries, raspberries, and strawberries. All berries are likely to help your brain in their own way.

When it comes to existence we are not limited, nature has the sky limit that one can spend his/her whole to explore, there are many foods and ways we can boost our brain not dependant on these fruits but these are the options available to us easily can be opted by anyone as they can afford or if you are somewhere near the countryside or agriculture land, these foods are more accessible to you. Please start taking benefits of these wonderful foods given by "Nature"
