How I recommend you do it is by going through the book picking out what you want to eat for the week go to the store and by the ingredients from the meals in the book for the whole week. Once you have that, every day just pick out what you want to eat for that specific day and since you already went to get the ingredients it's no hassle, just follow the directions in the cookbook. That is the easiest way I can describe doing it.
