Actually, it is possible to do Ramadan and body building either or not… Yes, there are many restrictions on your eating and drinking during Ramadan. This is because your body does not get sufficient amount of energy. Which reduces your metabolism . Let me tell you that at some point in body building, you need to take a protein rich diet . This should simultaneously increase the amount of water in your body. Due to lack of proper amount of water, your body becomes dehydrated. But there are some ways by which you can keep your body maintained in Ramadan.

There are some diets that you can keep your body maintained by eating during Ramadan , while there are some diets that you have to use at least. Because that diet can only act to increase fat in your body. In Ramadan you are forbidden to drink water for many hours during the fast. So when you open your fast, drink more and more water at that time. When you eat something after breaking the fast, then after that you should not sit in one place . Walking a little can help digest your food. So speak a little. So now you know what to take as a diet during Ramadan.

What to eat for body building in Ramadan

• You can take a high fiber diet before starting the fast in the morning . Which includes fruits and many vegetables.

• During Ramadan fast, you can take normal rice and sometimes brown rice to change the taste.

• You can eat wheat made bread or wheat porridge. It contains high carb. Which helps you in not feeling hungry for a long time and maintaining energy.

• You can eat bread made of jowar flour . It contains a high amount of fiber.

• You can eat skin less chicken, fish, it is rich in protein. You can use non-veg sometimes to change the taste.

• You can use low fat dairy products . In which yogurt, milk, cheese can be eaten. Yogurt is high in protein . Milk will help strengthen your bones because it contains calcium. Cheese is considered a good source of protein. You can take raw cheese or as a dish.

• In this, you can take banana oatmeal, smoothie.

What not to eat for body building

You should avoid taking some diet to maintain body building . Which are like this.

• For body building, you should avoid eating too much salt diet.

• Avoid taking a diet with too much sugar.

• Avoid eating too much fried food .

Note : The most noticeable thing is that you have to take any diet according to your dose. You will be without food for a few hours so you do not have to do a lot of over-eating.

If you want to lose your target weight , then you can easily lose your weight in it. You will not have to take help of any gym in this. In this, you can easily lose weight only by your diet. Can lose up to a few kilograms in a month.

• To lose weight in Ramadan you should eat a bowl fruit salad at least daily . You get vitamin C in it. Apart from this, you get many important elements in it. Which can cause your weight loss easily.

• You can eat bean salad. In this you get more amount of fiber. Apart from this, protein is also present in it. This gives you so many calories . With which you can easily remain active throughout the day. If you have set a weight loss mind , it will not be very difficult for you to follow it.

• You can make smoothies using honey without adding sugar .

• Can make vegetable of soybean.

• Oatmeal can be eaten.

Note: Remember that if you are following a diet in Ramadan for weight loss , then after Ramadan you do not have to start eating unhealthy food all of a sudden. This can increase your weight very quickly.

Perfect time to exercise at home in Ramadan

If you do not want to spend the whole month of Ramadan sitting at home, then a good option for you is to do some workouts. But for this you need to choose the right time, because whenever you work out. After that you need to take a good protein rich diet. You will not get a diet after a workout and you will get hungry very quickly . So the time of day is not right for you.

If you do a workout before breaking the fast in the evening . So by the time of breaking the fast, your workout will be completed. So that you can break your fast by finishing the workout at the right time, and take a good protein rich diet. This can be a better way to keep doing workouts even during the days of Ramadan .
