Feed Your Soul

The soul needs nourishment to thrive. So it would help if you didn’t neglect your soul. Otherwise, in doing so--you then keep yourself in an utterly lonely and dark place. In comparison, as the brain or heart--you must keep it healthy and in working order.

Your soul calls out to you. Letting you know--it needs your attention--if only--you're willing to listen. It yearns to be heard and wants to be accepted--as the extraordinary being--in which you are. Don’t deny yourself the possibilities the soul can provide for you. It enriches your life and the existence you need to thrive on, as well.

By feeding your soul--you also nourish--the mind, body, and spirit. In contrast to how the body intakes nutrients--in the food itself--similarly, the soul having or not having nourshiment--can ultimately make or break-- your health quite the same.

Give our souls what it needs, such as the attention and acceptance it craves. Provide for it with experiences of new and exciting places. Enjoyment of you--being in the moment--young and free in the spirit--and thriving on the adventures you are willing to embark on. Or by simply going outdoors and taking in all the beauty--nature has to offer you. Consequently, staying indoors without sunlight, trees, and flowers--as well as the grass, is depriving you of your sheer soul--every essence of who you are. Get out and live again--stop denying yourself these things. We as people, are not meant to live as moles--you're destined to experience more than what’s inside your home.

Furthermore, don’t let fear hold you back from living your life. Be free to live not only in harmony within yourself--be aspired to live a fulfilling life. People's souls are dying from a lack of doing something meaningful in their lives--it’s what causes us sadness and depression--keeping us feeling caged in. Likewise, as you can trap yourself in the mind--not feeding what your soul needs is trapping yourself as well.

Cease depriving the soul. You must take care of your soul--as you do anything else. It’s not a debate on whether we should or not--it’s a matter of thriving and it is needed for you to survive.

Along the same lines, you wouldn’t let your heart hurt and simply do nothing--you would give its needed attention--or as in any other part of your body. You have to take care of your--mind, body, and spirit--but let’s not forget the soul. The soul and spirit--aren’t the same essense. It can be confused as such--but it’s a seperate being. It’s what calls out to us--as the heart does. It’s the yearning you feel when you have such a strong compelling notion to go out and do something meaningful and worthwhile.

In addition, your soul is what drives you to where you're meant to go in life--and when you deny what it calls you to do--you're neglecting not only our soul--but everything about who you truly are--and your desire in life.

Sometimes only a simple walk in the park or somewhere in nature is all it needs at the moment--when you can do nothing else, but be sure to listen to its nudges--it will never steer us wrong. Your soul knows what’s best for you--more than you think, you know best for you. Be forthcoming, listen, and follow its calling and guidance it provides or tries to provide you.

Allow your soul to be the captain of the ship--the ship being your body. The soul--as the captain, calls the shots--to where the 'boat' must go. Likewise, the boat is commanded where it must go--your soul will also command you of where you should go. It’s the exceeding existence of whether you will be truly happy or not. It all depends on if you're willing to give your soul what it calls you to do or deny yourself your extradinary existence. That’s exactly what we are doing--when ignoring what it calls you to do.

Invariantly, when you think it’s an odd thing to do, your soul knows best and wants to be happy merely as well, because your soul is who you are, the core of who you truly are deep down inside of you. So in making your soul happy--you will be happy.

Giving our souls exactly what it wants is giving love to ourselves in doing so. And not doing so, is denying ourselves love as well. We long for love, but we have to first learn to truly love ourselves. Down to the very soul of whom we are, denying not one part of ourselves or what we need in every aspect of ourselves, and very being of whom we are. And if you don’t know who you are, you’re in desperate need of soul searching in order to figure that out. Get back in touch with yourself. Meditation is a good place to start with that. And if you aren’t aware about meditation do some research on how to go about doing so. It will be well worth it.

Once you have found yourself--truly found you--the authentic you--then it’s time to feed your soul what it essentially needs. And only you can figure that out--it’s different for all of us. Therefore, all of us have a path of our own to lead or follow--no one can tell you what that is. Only you can figure that out by going within and listening to your heart and soul.

Our souls all have one thing in common--when truly connected to it and willing to listen. And that is, it wants, to not only be heard but to share and give to the world what it needs for others. We are all connected in one way or another. We all matter in this world, and we all are connected more than we all may realize. We are all spirits living out our lives and having human experiences. But not if we keep denying ourselves what that means for us on a soul level. As a result, to be more connected to each other--we must first be willing to connect ourselves on every level of the word--connect.

One way to do this and it’s a very important part of giving our souls what it wants and desires, which is also what you want as well, because your soul is you. It is to give it the career it truly wants and truly desires to have. I’m not saying, neglect everything, around you. Responsibilities still must be met. But be sure while that is taken care of, you take care of finding a way of making that career, you’re most passionate about, happen. It is what will set your soul ablaze and keep that soul full and nourished. As well as living out your best and truest life.

By making your soul happy, you will be truly happy and fulfilled. It will be what will make you feel alive again, and even feel younger again if that’s what’s needed in your life as well.

You’ll know deep down what it is your soul desire, if you’re willing to take out the time to listen. Otherwise, you’ll never truly be happy if you don’t. True happiness is found within you, and it’s what is needed to carry on in life. Feed your soul and give it fuel it needs to burn. Light or relight that fire in your soul again, it needs you to. Do what you need to do, figure out what that is that will ignite that passion within your soul. The soul is the furnace within us and needs us to put the coal in and ignite the flames to burn and flourish. Give it what it needs, what it needs, is what you need as well, for you are one and the same.

Love yourself enough to give yourself (your soul), what it so desperately is calling out to you for. It needs you to survive; you need it to survive. Together you will be whole again, by reconnecting to your soul and feeding it. Love our very soul and accept it’s presence and being in the moment of what your soul is saying for you to do. Your soul will thank you for it.
