Life lies in sports, and if sports do not stop, life does not stop.

Exercise not only can exercise our bodies, so that we have a strong body, but more importantly, can sharpen our will, so that when we face difficulties, we can not be afraid of hardships, to rise to the occasion.

Leonardo da Vinci once said: exercise is the source of life.

On the one hand, proper exercise can make our body stronger, reduce illness and prolong our life. On the other hand, exercise can make us realize the true meaning of life.

If you ask me, what is my favorite sport? I will not hesitate to tell you that my favorite sport is running.

Running has given me so many benefits, including the realization of the meaning of living.

The spirit of running

When you start running, you will find that you can't help but start paying attention to the changes in your body. Feel the trembling of the muscles all over your body and experience the changes in each muscle. Slowly you will know when you should accelerate when you should slow down, and when you should stop. It's a wonderful feeling as if you've finally regained control of your body and are no longer a walking corpse.

The pleasure of running doesn't stop there, it's an exercise in willpower, the purpose of which is perseverance. You can only really do the four words "perseverance" to deeply appreciate the joy of running.

Perseverance, a simple four words, is extremely difficult to do, it is the core of running, is after thousands of years of experience countless predecessors summed up the truth.

We run, we go beyond. When we insist on reaching the end, we will look back on the past, and each kilometer of the run is covered with our sweat, and those sweat witnessed every moment of our overcoming difficulties, which recorded our persistence in each self-challenge, and turned our joy of successfully reaching the end into the willpower of "perseverance".

Such an experience will enable us to remember that feeling when we encounter difficulties in the future, whether in life or at work, and that perseverance is victory. The spirit of running is deeply engraved in our souls, making our lives more and more tenacious.

The benefits of running

If you treat something with sincerity, it will be fed back to you.

If you are sincere about running, you will get a lot of benefits back from running. The most obvious is the improvement of your physical fitness, after running, you will reduce a lot of minor illnesses, especially the discomfort caused by obesity will be relieved.

But running is the most basic benefit to the body, running also allows people to develop the habit of self-discipline so that they get used to getting up early and going to bed early, especially the morning runners. To have enough time in the morning and to stay out of the sun, getting up early is necessary. Generally, for morning runners, the morning wake-up time is about five o'clock, when the sky is dawn, which is the most suitable time of the day for running. After running the whole person is refreshed, not sleepy, and the work efficiency is also very good. In addition, to get up early, you need to go to bed early, or you simply can not get up the next morning. This is also considered to be for running, passively developing the habit of planning time, and self-discipline is slowly developed.

And there is no more important benefit of running than being able to make your attitude towards life more positive and sunny. When running, you have to overcome some obstacles, such as laziness, such as fear, such as difficulties, and so on. When running, you are always overcoming hardships, always off and on. Gradually, you start to become more optimistic, and more positive, dare to challenge all kinds of difficult work, and receive more and more praise and commendation, the whole person is sunny and confident up.

Don't underestimate this small change, everyone's success is due to these small changes slowly accumulating. Indeed, running does not allow you to achieve success directly, but it will allow you to change your fate indirectly, and as you challenge your fate, the chances of success will increase.

Work and life need running to regulate

We always end our day with busy work, and without a sport to regulate, life will become dull.

Every day after work, go out for a run, not only can let your spirit get relief, but more importantly, you can have the time to think alone. Especially in the morning, you can start the day with running, which can make your day full of more vitality, and also balance the state of work and life, so that your family can feel the meaning of running in life.

Life goes on, running goes on. Our work is not to rush forward, but to know how to slow down the pace appropriately, looking back on the past in the forward, just like the marathon, there is a certain sense of purpose, so that the whole rhythm tends to calm down, if the early sprint is too fierce, it is likely to be overtaken by more people because of the lack of energy to run.

Life is the same, to know that everything we do is for the sake of happiness, do not forget their original intention. Spend time with your family, give yourself the right amount of time alone, to think, to realize. Only then, your life will become more meaningful.

Life is a marathon, there will be bumps and bruises, and there will be losses, but as long as you can persevere to the end, then what will greet you will certainly be a victory song.

We run on the road of life, we need to know that life is not just a sprint, sprint is the choice when the final victory. We need to spend more time adjusting the pace, slowly forward, slowly. Only if we know that slow is fast, our life will be happier and happier.
