What is anger ? how it impacted to our daily life !

Have you ever lost your temper? Have you ever taken a decision in anger that you regret later? Or did you ever ruin your good day because you were angry? Do you want to control your feelings?

If the answer to all the above questions is yes, then congratulations, you are going to change your life after reading these lessons. These lessons will teach you how to control your emotions with attention. Meditation is an old way of keeping yourself physically and mentally fit.

  1. Whatever you do, your ego is responsible for that.

We often hear the word-ego ie egoism in our life. We all have heard this once or twice in our daily lives. Like your husband must have told you that you are arrogant. And you think your friend is cocky. But what is ego really like.

Let us see how we see ego in our daily life. According to some, egoism is a source of pride, while others think it is self-love or selfishness. People think that it is a habit to serve themselves and not care about others and they consider it a man.

Psychologically, ego is a link between our morals and desires. But this definition of ego is still far from the heart. We can call it pride or self-love but it cannot tell what happens to our mind when we are not in our control. Like we are not hungry yet we open the fridge.

Your ego is your inner voice. This is the one who keeps track of your actions all day and tells you what to do and what not to do. This is not your idea, but a voice would say, "I'm so tired". This voice is egoistic.

Egoism is responsible for everything you do. You can take many steps to control your ego. And by doing this, you can make your life happy and healthy.

2. Egoism is like hunger. It can never be erased.

Your ego always needs Kush. It will never be satisfied and happy. When we satisfy ego with some new thing. Then it starts to desire another item again. No matter how many new cars or gadgets you have, you will always need a new one. Even if you have eaten the best food prepared by the best chefs of the world, you will always want something more delicious. In simple words, ego is something that will never let you be satisfied. Egoism is about leaving the present and worrying about the future, thus it does not let you live in the present completely. Loves ego by living in nostalgia. It is such an item that defeats your old wound.

But after getting better, will you be satisfied? No.

Ego cannot be completely happy. Like we see that the richest, famous and influential people commit suicide. They become addicted to drugs. And they ruin their lives. This is because their ego keeps pushing them to become better. When they fail to do so, they commit suicide and become addicted to drugs.

3. We can control our ego by being kind to ourselves and others.

Meditation teaches us the art of responding to events happening around us rather than in peace. Meditation helps us to grow our kindness and responsibilities. We should not ignore the behavior of kindness towards ourselves and others. Being beautiful in compassion for ourselves helps us to see our mistakes, believe them and forgive ourselves. Thus, it can help us to quit smoking and start eating healthy food. Similarly, improving compassion towards others makes us a better person.

4. Do not push yourself too much while overcoming your ego.

Do not forget your needs. Overcoming your ego does not mean that you forget about your own needs.

For example, there was a teacher named Kumar, who taught meditation. He advised his students not to quarrel. He asked to keep things simple. One day, a student saw him in the market. He was fighting for the price of a bag of peanuts. When the student asked him not to quarrel, he said- I did not tell you to be stupid or dumb.

According to a research, you can clear your mind by satisfying yourself. This can make some room for ideas.

After meditating for 10 days, it was found in the research that people sitting in meditation got a lot of peace. He started getting amazing ideas and filled his notebook with those ideas. A feeling of compassion was automatically coming in the minds of the people, and a positive wave started running in their minds and minds.

After meeting with the people, he was of the opinion that he was able to do his work better when his mind was calm. They found that competition is not required. A calm mind alone can achieve success.

5. Meditation can make you fit to handle situations.

In this lesson we will discuss two questions. They are: -

Meditation means meditating on your breath. At the time of meditation, we only concentrate on our breath.

6. Not only for the brain, they are also very beneficial for your body.

Although our circumstances have changed with time, but the effect of stress on our body has not changed. Due to constant stress, harmful chemicals are produced in our blood.

Meditation works the amount of harmful chemicals in our body. It works on our blood pressure. Thus, it helps us to get rid of heart disease.

Meditation can also help increase patience. For example, when you are late to go to your job, you are stuck in a traffic jam, then you get angry. Meditation helps you to increase your patience in such a case. Meditation helps you fight stress, addiction and smoking.

And finally, meditation helps you to use the most powerful thing in the world, your brain. By using your mind, you can control your emotions.

However, meditation cannot help you get rid of your wrong thoughts and habits at once. However, it can help you control them. The next and final lesson teaches you how to do this.

7. Meditation can not cure everything. So what should you do to control your negative feelings?

Tara Brecht is a psychiatrist and a Buddhist teacher. She advises that you should accept your negative feelings. You accept them.

Negative emotions are like the sea. You do not have to drown in them, but you have to overcome them. In this way you can reduce his strength.

There are many ways to control your emotions. According to Tara Brecht, there are four steps to get rid of your negative feelings: -

1. Accept your negative feelings.

2. Let it exist in itself.

3. Identify the damage that will be caused by this.

4. And finally get rid of it

So those people used these steps when they were worried about their promotion. First of all, he reminded himself that he is worried. Then he accepted that it is okay to be worried.
