One of the ways you pass on the virus is through touch. So be on top of your hand washing. Sanitizing is one thing. But like peeing in your pants it’s only a great idea short term. So wash your hands.

However, like tying your shoes lashes, not everyone is aware of how to do it!

Fear not friends, that's what’s this article is for. Here is a step-by-step guide to washing your hands proper. As silly as this may seem it’s an important step to minimize spreading Covid-19 or other diseases/ virus’ in general. So give it a go have a look you might stumble upon something you didn’t know and in that case ready this has not been a complete waste of your precious time. In case you read it and you know all of it already you can at least feel better about yourself knowing that you are well informed and equipped to keep good hand hygiene. In other words, reading this article is a win win right? And if we’re being honest most of you guys are probably locked up in a closet at home in the basement having minimal things to do am I right? So please just read it. Seriously. What are you waiting for.

Step-by-step hand washing guide:

- Wet your hands with water.

- Apply enough soap to cover your hands.

- Rub your hands together.

- Use 1 hand to rub the back of the other hand and clean in between the fingers. ...

- Rub your hands together and clean in between your fingers.

- Rub the back of your fingers against your palms.

- Rub your thumb using your other hand.

Once these steps have been performed there's only two more step until we have reached the finish line.

- Wash your hands making sure you get rid of all of the soap on your hands.

- Dry your hands in a hand towel, not bath towel or any other towel but a hand towel, which you should dedicate to only drying your hand with.

Like all good story there's nothing better than a happy ending, so don't ruin it with a dirty hand towel full of Corona Germs. Definitely not a happy ending. So make sure you switch out your hand towel frequently. That way you haven't just wasted 1 min washing your hands.

Lastly this is only a guide of how to have good hand hygiene and not a guide to prevent corona all together there's still so many other ways to get the virus. This guide is only here to prevent one of them. So stay safe and stay clean. Wash your hands guys!

In order to spread awareness of the ways Covid-19 can be passed on from person to person and eventually given to someone we care about in our private lives, I'll be making a series of ''how to minimize passing on Covid-19 to your loved ones’' So you can breathe a little bit lighter (just not on someone please) knowing that you are a bit more prepared in order to protect yourself and the ones you hold dearest in this world.

Brute truth is that we can do much about this virus due to the fact that most of us are not scientist, but there is still so so many things we can do. One of those this is being well-informed of the virus, symptoms and how it spread and most importantly how we can prevent it from spreading because that is something we can all participate in.

If this post as helped you and glad. I’ll be making more so stay tuned.

This article is not meant to take a piss on Covid-19 or any of you guys not at all. But having a laugh or a cheeky smile every now and then makes this so much easier to go through. We are all in this together as Zac once said!
