It is said that food is the staff of life. Therefore we all need food to live, so we should eat our meals daily, at least three times. We also need to know what kind of food to eat to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am very passionate about one's health and wellness, that I embarked on the career of nursing, to be involved in healthcare. A person's health is the most important aspect of life, as without good health, nothing else matters. Regardless of one's great accomplishments in life, if he/she is sick and not able to function well, such person will not be able to enjoy a successful achievement in his/her life.

I am a part of the healthcare industry since 1992 and my passion for this career, is to enhance the lives of people's health and wellness. I have noticed over the years the poor and unhealthy eating habits of many people. some persons lack the knowledge of how and what to eat, that will afford them good health, so I was previleged to help save lives in this area, as well as clinically. If one wants to live a long life, there has to be a consciousness of healthy eating, as it is what one ingests in the body will result in the quality of life.

Due to the driving passion I have in people's well-being, I was always imparting to family, friends and strangers, the kinds of food to eat to maintain good health and the lifestyle that will enhance their longevity. Fruits and vegetables are very essential in building great immunity in their bodies and by eating these everyday, they will be able to overcome infections that may attack the body, one way or the other. It is very important that one is aware of the food, drinks, or drugs that are ingested into the body, as things such as alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, sodas, and red meat, can be destructive to the body, if not taken in moderation and in reasonable intervals.

Each individual's quality of life, is dependent on the affordability of the things needed to maintain good health. Therefore jobs are of great necessity in a person's life, to afford the essentials. Natural juices, whole grain bread, oatmeal, organic beans, cream of wheat, white and sweet potatoes are very good for a healthy life. We all should avoid coffee, white bread, white flour, white rice, red meat, dairy products and animal fat. If we crave for too much sugar and ingest carbs in large amounts, we are only laying a foundation and feeding ground for cancer cells if they are diagnosed in our bodies. My passion and great desire is to educate others about what they can do to live in an alkaline body free of acid and able to function normally.

Health and wellness comes in different packages, so we all need to be aware of the things that can improve or deteriorate our health. Our emotions can be a contributory factor of good or bad health. If one has the habit of being upset and angry most of the time, then one's health can be badly affected. To be in a calm, quiet mood as much as possible, will result in better health, as stress can cause malfunction of the heart and other vital organs in the body. Laughter is medicine and can release any stressful pressure, that may arise, so to be in a happy mood, smiling and laughing, can contribute greatly to good health for a long life.

I encouraged people to be pleasant, loving, kind, positive and always share. These contribute a lot to happiness and health. Exercise, maintain good hygiene, such as taking regular baths, wearing clean clothing and rest. These are also very important for health and wellness, so I am very passionate about seeing people living a good healthy life and enjoying what was designed for them in the beginning. A clean environment free from pollution is very conducive to humanity longevity and pleasant to accommodate a healthy lifestyle.

Health and wellness for all, include periodical check ups on the vital statistic of the organs, that are the main sources of life, so the heart, lungs, liver, brain, kidneys and pancreas should be evaluated as often as needed. One should not wait until sickness occur to be tested but blood work is always necessary at random, to make sure the vital organs are in good health. In my opinion I think it is very wise to monitor, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholestoral and oxygen level on a daily basis. If there is no need to do daily monitoring, then it could be done at least twice per week. I believe this passion I have for health and wellness should be supported, as this is for the benefit of all human being, who appreciates life and would like to live for a long time.
