HEALTH AND WELLNESS
It is said that food is the staff of life. Therefore we all need food to live, so we should eat our meals daily, at least three times. We also need to know what kind of food to eat to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am very passionate about one's health and wellness, that I embarked on the career of nursing, to be involved in healthcare. A person's health is the most important aspect of life, as without good health, nothing else matters. Regardless of one's great accomplishments in life, if he/she is sick and not able to function well, such person will not be able to enjoy a successful achievement in his/her life.
