Eating Carbohydrates IS NOT Guilt

When I was trying to lose weight, I used to believe that carbohydrates were the enemy. I gave every low-carb diet a shot, from the keto diet to the paleo diet, but nothing helped me lose weight. I never had enough to eat, and I was always exhausted. I had an insatiable appetite for bread, pasta, and fruit. I had the impression that I was denying myself the pleasure of consuming food.

Then I became aware that not all carbohydrates are detrimental to one's health. Because they supply your body with fiber, minerals, and energy, certain carbohydrates actually make it easier to shed excess pounds. The trick is to pick "good carbs" such fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and legumes that are high in fiber but low in added sugars. They assisted me in shedding extra pounds while also improving the state of my health and overall satisfaction. They made it possible for me to enjoy eating once more without feeling any shame or remorse.
