Such foods are high in calories, which leads to dangerous diseases, with high cholesterol and high blood pressure being at the top of the list.

Fast food is the most prepared food which is available on order very quickly and easily in a short time in hotels and restaurants etc. Compared to other indigenous foods, these foods are less nutritious and more expensive than regular homemade foods. Nowadays, people are more and more inclined towards quick and short-term items, especially today's young generation likes to buy fast food and spend more wastefully on it. A man works all day and can't take care of his food during work so everyone thinks of junk food but if we don't take care of our health then we can't live a balanced life and create a good successful society.

The main cause of heart disease is fast consumption and this consumption is very common among the young generation. If young people want to avoid heart disease, they should think about improving their health by avoiding fast food, avoiding vegetables and fats, and making exercise a regular part of their daily routine.

Many junk food items are high in salt which makes our kidneys feel threatened and sick because too much sodium can lead to kidney stones which can sometimes lead to death. If they spread too much and are not treated in time.

If you want to avoid mental stress, you have to stay away from fast food permanently and follow it completely.

6. There may be a weakness in memory

One of the many negative effects of fast food on our health is poor memory. To encourage home cooking we should encourage the practice of growing vegetables in our house lines which will have a positive impact on our children's minds. Consume meat with more vegetables in your diet which is not less than an excellent and complete diet for people of all ages, not just for children. Use milk and other nutritious foods in place of soft drinks.

7. It weakens the human immune system

Fast food or junk food weakens the human immune system. Apart from this, its side effects also lead to changes in our hormones. A weakened immune system can interfere with our daily activities.

These can lead to other digestive problems like acidity, gas, indigestion, etc. Eating these fast foods increases the amount of sodium in our stomach, which causes water retention in the stomach, which makes you feel bloated.
