1. Figs and Milk

Put four pieces of figs in a glass of milk. After that let the milk boil. Drink the milk after it cools down and eat figs after chewing them. By doing this regularly, the stomach becomes completely clean.

5. Cumin water

6. Regular yoga is necessary

Doing Pawanmuktasana solves the problem of acidity. Along with this, the gas accumulated in the stomach starts getting released easily. This can get rid of acid reflux. By regularizing the butterfly posture, there is benefit in digestion and the pain in the stomach starts to go away. Constipation starts getting cured by this.
