• Third, make sure to take breaks when you need them. This will help you to avoid burnout and maintain your focus.

• Fourth, find a quiet place to work if possible. This will help you to avoid distractions and stay focused on the task at hand.

• Fifth, eliminate distractions from your environment as much as possible. This means turning off your phone, closing any unnecessary tabs or windows, and anything else that might take away from your focus.

How to remove distractions
There are a few things you can do to remove distractions and focus on what you want to do.

The first thing is to try to limit the number of distractions you have in your environment. This means turning off the TV, putting away your phone, and closing any tabs or windows that are open on your computer. If you can, work in a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed by noise.

The one thing that makes me productive is to keep a minimum timer. For example: If the work requires 1 hour to finish , I challenge myself to do it in 45 minutes .Also I start timer which rings exact after 45 minutes. This gives me also the time managing skill .


Some other factors of distractions
Insufficient sleep is one of the factor of distractions. When you get insufficient sleep , you can’t focus on your tasks or goals. Every time when you will try to focus , you will make sleepy.


Insufficient physical activity is also a factor of distraction. If you don’t exercise or do any physical activity, you will never be energized.


Physical activity is too much important for improving your focus.So try to do more physical activity and exercise. 15 to 20 minutes of walk is also beneficial for maintaining good focus
