5 Scientific reasons why you should drink more water

1. Water can be extremely effective / useful in the fight against extra pounds

There are several reasons why this is possible.

First of all, if you replace the drinks you drink with thirst or appetite with water, you can eliminate some of the excess calories you used to eat.

Coffee, tea, milk and juices are often "hidden" sources of calories and due to the ease with which you can consume them, it is easy to consume them in excess.

From my own experience, it is easier for me to swallow 2 liters of Coca-Cola than 2 liters of water, due to the sugar and flavor. However, my body would hate me if I did this.

Coffee and milk come with sugar and all sorts of additives that people offer to make their drink more flavorful.

It has also been found that drinking water before a meal decreases the likelihood that you will overeat, because you will feel fuller. There have been several studies, especially on overweight people and it has been found that water really contributes to the consumption of fewer calories, which over time leads to more pounds lost.

2. Water gets rid of one of the main causes of headaches and helps you focus better

One of the main causes of having or having a headache is dehydration.

People who are even a little dehydrated may experience headaches and difficulty concentrating, which can affect performance at work and even quality of life.

Thus, if you drink enough water, you can improve your productivity and mood overall, just because you are hydrated enough.

3. tricIf you drink enough water, avoid kidney stones and constipation

Drink water and reduce sodium and animal protein to avoid kidney stones or to prevent them from returning.Drink plenty of water: Drinking plenty of water dilutes the substances in the urine that lead to the formation of stones. Try to drink enough fluids to pass 2 liters of urine per day, which is about 8 standard 200 ml glasses. It may be helpful to include certain citrus drinks, such as lemonade and orange juice. The citric in these drinks helps block the formation of stones.

4. If you drink enough water, you will have more energy

Another symptom of dehydration is fatigue.

So, if you want to have more energy, make sure you drink enough water every day.

Also, in addition to having more energy, you will also have a better mood.

5. Do you want a skin that looks more pleasant? Drink enough water

Do you want to look like Jean Valjean, played by Hugh Jackman, from the recent production of ''Les Miserables''? Then the "secret" is not to drink water for almost 2 days. Be careful, this is not a recommendation! You do NOT want to do this, because you will not have any energy and a serious symptom of dehydration is delirium, so I do not recommend you to dehydrate. Even Hugh Jackman says that what he did was crazy and that he didn't have any energy left.

Sarah, hydrated with about 3 liters of water / day for 4 weeks and was very happy with the results. There is a lot of criticism of the story, but my own experiences and the change I saw in the people around me after drinking a little more water, confirms Sarah's story.

Can you drink too much water?

If you drink too much water you can upset your body, but the probability of a person drinking too much water is quite small. Small, but there is.

When you drink too much water you get the amount of salt in your body. The most visible affected by "too much" water would be those who run a lot. They are recommended drinks that contain electrolytes, a little sugar and sodium, to ensure that everything is in balance in their body.

So we don't know exactly how much water you should drink, but we do know that men should consume about 1 liter more than women and that depending on how hot it is outside and how much effort we put in daily, we should all we add another 1-2 liters depending on the needs.

Although contrary to many opinions, the purpose of this article is not to make you drink more water.
