Welcome to Utopia sssInn

Carla DePier is looking for work in the hospitality industry. What she doesn't realize is she is working with the Seven Princes of Hell.

The show would work best as a sit-com like Everybody Loves Raymond or Two and A Half Men because this show has every moral meaning and it's a show about bringing the family together and it all takes is a stranger with compassion and a bachelor's degree in hotel management.

First Episode Overview -

Carla just graduated from college with a bachelor’s of hospitality from UW-Stout, with a dream of wanting to own her own high-class hotel and restaurant. After months placing numerous of applications with no success, she was about to throw in the towel until an advertisement on television from her local news caught her attention of an open position from a new inn called Utopia sInn. Utopia sInn is marketed as a getaway to any luxury that suits a guest's needs. The inn is in need of an advisor that will work closely with all of the head managers in the inn, creating new ideas for their department, assisting with budget costs, and sorting out any special assignments that may need to come to the advisor.

After becoming interested in the position, Carla decided to go in person to check out the position and hopefully land an interview with the manager. When Carla made it inside a beautiful, rustic but modern inn, she was greeted rudely by the front desk, Manny, but switched his mood to one-eighty when he started to take in her beauty, commenting he would pay a fortune to make sure she would be his. Due to Manny’s creep factor, Carla thought it would be smart to forget the interview and just leave her resume until Liam, the marketing director made his way and slapped Manny right upside the head.

Liam noticed the resume and quickly scanned the paper while Manny continued to complain verbally about why Liam shouldn’t strike him. Liam quickly lifted one finger up, as to tell Manny to be quiet while he continued reading. Liam invited Carlia into his office to begin the interview, discussing her past employment and education. Liam then asked, “How do you know about Utopia sInn?” Carla answered honestly and added why she would like to work for Utopia sInn, however, Liam’s expression changed, not impressed with her answer.

The interview proceeded like a normal interview, answering questions, and he explained more in-depth detail of the position. It only took fifteen minutes before Liam thanked her and excused her from his office, ending the interview that he will call her within a few days.

A few days later, Carla received a phone call from Liam, offering her the position. Liam did, however, explained one perk of the position - the perk does offer room and board. Carla was confused why she would take the room and board offer, considering she did only live forty-five minutes away. Liam countered the winter was coming and this area was very known to have snowstorms and horrible blizzards with whiteout conditions. Carla thought about the benefits of leaving her parents’ home, saving up money and gas, and can find a better place to live during the spring that has a shorter commute. Not to mention the inn was located out in what she called “Tim buck to nowhere.” The area was infamous for not being plowed, leaving quite a few people stranded on the side of the road. With this in mind and after consideration, Carla accepted the position.

Carla with her packed clothes, walked into the unusually empty front lobby, only for Liam, Manny, and five more unfamiliar faces standing with the others, as they greeted her.

The day proceeded with meeting the rest of the staff and providing a tour of the inn. Although they are not related by blood, Liam simply explained they have been close for many years, it’s easier to say “brothers”.

Once the day was done and she punched out for the day. Carla walked into her room, almost what could be an upper-class suite, and collapsed on the bed.

Carla did wake up in the middle of the night, closer to 1 am in the morning, realizing she was slightly parched and famished. Wanting to grab an after-midnight snack, she walked into the kitchen, only to be met with an awkward creature similar to an evil goblin. Carla grabbed an iron skillet and proceeded to swing, trying to hit it, but she horribly and comedically missed it. The goblin light grazed his nails on her cheek, blood very lightly seeping down her cheek. The impact resulted from Carla dropping the skillet, making a loud crashing noise. Carla struggled to pick up the pan but was too distressed and panicked.

A loud shout interrupted the fight, both goblin and Carla both turned to see Barney, the Head Executive Chef in an unusual form with markings on his face and his eyes black with orange irises and fangs sticking out, ordering the goblin to desist and retreat back to the forbidden floor. Carla panicked and retreated back and hit her back against the wall. Barney was approaching her with hunger filled in his eyes, he grabbed a butcher knife, drool violently dripping from his lips.

Carla covered herself, preparing for the final blow, until someone tackled Barney to stop his attack on Carla, who was ushered away from the scene.

When Carla was able to recollect what happened, she came back to find herself in Liam’s office, who was also in a different form and had markings on his face, just like Barney. When Carla could calm herself down, Liam confessed his identity - Lucifer, Avatar of Pride, ruler of Hell. He revealed the names of him and his brothers were disguises to hide their true identities. He also explained the imp Carla encountered is actually one of the employees he hired.

Lucifer needs someone in the Advisor position not only to assist in making the hotel run more successfully but also to assist in bringing him and his brothers together.

Carla closes the episode by answering, "Oh, you were the one that tricked Eve as the serpent; that explains why there were three S's at the beginning of - Oh, I see, you're slick. Is it okay to put in my two-week notice?" "No." Lucifer objected.

Lucifer is the avatar of Pride, the one that keeps everyone in line, even though he can’t trust anyone else to take over his follower’s positions. Lucifer comes as a strict man, attempting and always boasting about the perfection of the hotel.

Once Lucifer is alone or with someone he trusts, he shows his other side of letting go and relaxing, wanting to be casual.

Dislikes - Writing Disciplines, Mammon’s Childish Arguments, Mentions of Heaven

Beelzebub aka Barney

“Order up! Yummy, lunchtime!”

Beelzebub is the avatar of Gluttony, overindulgence in food. Beelzebub, despite being a demon, is one of the nicer beings, especially to his customers. He hardly loses his cool, only if he has a full stomach. Once he begins to get hungry, it’s best to help cook with him or get out of his way. He is always looking for new ways to improve his cooking and is open to any suggestions.

Because of his misbehavior and not being responsible for money, Lucifer had no choice but to send Mammon to the front desk, where every activity is recorded so he doesn’t try to play any tricks in sneaking money into his pockets. Mammon can stand up for his beliefs but is not great at firing back any wit comments that were made specifically to him.

Asmodeus is the avatar of lust and sometimes cannot redirect his eyes from anything that’s physically attractive to him. If there is no one in the same room beautiful or handsome, Asmodeus will automatically call himself the most beautiful/handsome demon or being around. Asmodeus does not have a gender-set identity and does consider himself omnisexual, understanding their partner’s gender identity, even if he is not sexually attractive, which makes him a good choice for small talk while working with clients. Even Leviathan becomes high on Carla’s mess-ups during her first few weeks on the job. However, he is not a fan of Lucifer scolding him when Leviathan laughs at someone for someone’s downfall. Leviathan doesn’t really get along with some of the brothers, but he is very loyal and stands up for his brothers if needed. He likes to be known as someone who is “one of a kind”, and with trust, he wouldn’t mind letting someone in to know him as

Belphegor is the avatar of sloth. As the sin implies, Belphegor is not seen much during the day, but he is most active during the night. Belphegor is the last to respond to messages. Belphegor is closer to Beelzebub than any of the other brothers and enjoys spending time with him. However, he does avoid Lucifer by any means unless necessary, which is not most of the time. He tolerates Lucifer only if it has anything to do with the inn. With the shifts he works, Belphegor does prefer the quiet but secretly smiles when he hears his brothers, specifically Beelzebub making a midnight snack.

Like Lucifer, he takes pride in his work around the inn and appreciates what the customers have to say.
