Some dont like it hot

The uk and much of Europe is being cooked by incessant heat, much is on fire due to no rain in weeks. Hundreds have died from heat related symptoms, but don't worry, apparently climate change isn't real. At least that's what the American president believes, as does his disciple standing in a UK vote today.

They want all oil drilling to restart or keep going, at least one of them hates wind turbines and both think this is all normal. What is slightly confusing is how Trump manages to deny climate change and worry about it in the same message. He wants to invade Greenland because the sea ice is melting and it will allow Chinese or Russian boats can attack. Why is the ice melting? Yep, global warming. The fact that USA is closer to Russia than Greenland is just a side bar. I also know he wants to take minerals and the boat thing is an excuse.

Trump is against windmills so much he makes up alternative facts about them. He points out that China doesn't have any and rely on traditional fuel for electricity production. The reality is China is the biggest user of windmills and has the biggest windmill farm in the world. He has also said they are expensive, unreliable, pathetic and ruin views. He also like ]s to report they kill hundreds of birds. Due to these crackpot prejudices his government has tried to ensure no wind turbines are built on land or at sea.

Apparently the wind energy capture is the most expensive energy ever conceived. They are big and ugly, ruining views. They are loud as well apparently, I drive past 3 turbines regularly and hear nothing. He claims they rust, rot and require constant rebuilding, not surprisingly its all crap. I presume this is more not listening to experts and deciding himself what reality is.

Then again kick backs from oil and coal are probably in there somewhere. He invaded Venezuela for oil, he got all the main oil companies in to go and take it. They all said thanks, but no thanks. Trump is usually in love with Elon Musk, someone who makes a fortune from electric cars. Another contradiction that can go on the list. Then again the great orange one has helped some UK holiday towns. Because fuel is so expensive after his invasion of Iran many people cant afford expensive foreign holidays. So ice cream sellers and hotel owners can thank Trump for accidently making money for people that aren't his family.

Then again global warming helps sun tan oil makers, hat makers, ice cream sellers and makers of fire engines will also be doing well. Presumably companies making air conditioning units are making the most of the chance. As sea levels rise many seaside towns will be under water, so learning to dive will be important. Also numerous towns that are presently inland need to start building beaches ready for when they become coastal.

When i was last in Florida it was recovering from a recent storm. The beach at Daytona was about 6 feet lower then normal and a block of flats by the beach had all its windows smashed. Driving round the streets were companies that's main role was clearing up after storms. So 20 years ago there were already businesses that's main function was storm damage repair.

As global warming affects weather patterns , there's a good chance of many more lovely, profitable storms. Recently in France the forest fires were so bad that they created their own weather patterns, and their own fire storms.

At least AI wont be able to replace the thousands of firefighters that will be needed world wide. Same for makers of fire engines and those big fire fighting planes. Companies making heaters and radiators had better diversify soon , give it a few years and they wont be needed nearly as much, same with overcoat makers.

But always remember, according to the tangerine tyrant, global warming is a "con job". Also he decided it cant exist after a sudden ice and snow storm a little while back. As it was cold, it couldn't be because of something with "warming" in its name. Yet again proving he is utterly clueless about yet another thing.

So when your fighting skin cancer, your house burns down or your beach holiday is moved 50 miles inland, its not global warming.
