All you need is Love, and Love is all you need.
A Letter from the Soul Lover
Every living soul has a spirit lover. One that lives out in a dimension we cannot touch. Yet their love for us pours through the cracks of time and space. Some have souls older than trees. Some never existed in a physical form. Others are fresh faced. New to the universe and all the stars that come with it. Some have lived that physical life of hardships and pain.

Love is what?
What is love? The answer is everywhere but not all the time. Combine a calendar together training one’s skills, always unique. Love is messy and comes in all kinds of shapes and forms. Love can easy and immaculate, full of pot holes or spotless. Loving feelings even be protected in calorie-controlled portions, frozen for later. Love is what's active inside spirit. Love is described and exercised across the world full of athletes. Be fit and agile to attract companions to complement and nourish the ways love happens. Step right up when it’s your turn to collect a lifetime membership for love. I deeply apologize and grieve for those who are weak in love. Some spirits are disabled of love. It’s even harder to know what love is like for someone unaware is ever existed. Some neglect what potential love has opting for lighthearted or lazy half assed connections. What a waste of love, when love is only skimmed and weighed down by shallow ideas of what love isn’t. Love is not definite. The enlightening power of love is the ultimate work out. Make a plan, be prepared and present for what love is. Hearts get heavy holding up the weight of life, love is bonding to share the load together. Love encases the ingredients for a balanced, healthy, fit love. Find exercises that shed away fatty drama, thin the vail of unconditional balance. Tone and tighten flabby morals and shifting values to shape a deeply passionate burning love, with the strongest reaches of paired faith. Boom! When it happens, love strikes with cupids arrow energised by the hard yards of exercise. No chaos, just lust and excitement. Displayed atop of all grand order is loves highest laws of domination. Stretch up and hold ownership of your believes, your position is always valid but not absolute. Cherish what love is simple and easy. Steady love is the king of commitment, it extradites all evil junk like disgust and perversion. Be the nuttiest, sugar salted toffee delight, stay stuck together. Speak of love with pride, celebrate it, tell the world when you know what it is. Be sweet hearts that are remembered venerably. Don’t try to win love, aim for a tie. Love is twoness, most commonly located to thrive in a court of duality. Love can activate in times of pain or darkness. Rather than thinking love is bland or boring or not oscillating. Relax into stillness, embrace quiet times of loving each other. Know what love is, inside yourself; before you giveaway or burn it. Ingratitude and stoic integrity are values worth protecting. No good comes from overworking love experiences. Loosen up, warm up to it, take care and just trust. Love is a muscle the soul craves to exercise. Light up the powers within, conjure electricity, ride the sensations of your intensifying bind. Love is what journey is next, actions taken from words said. Love is what energy is deepening desires. Walk through kindness, march marathons of duty and be ready to place support. Bodies have to strain to keep building up love like the world depends on it. Love has no score cards but is always showing off like a winner. It's entirely worthwhile and intoxicating. Love is full of electrolytes, confident and holds squash games of virtue. Love's fit and charming charisma oozes for more awe. Find a place to grow gracefully. Love is what dedication shows. Love is what understanding of self worth grows. Be clever to chase only worthy lovers. Love is what creates deeper boundaries, a clearer image of self actualized. Love being that gym junkie, powered love muscle moving more capable all the time. Love is what controls tones acceptance, compassion, commitment, integrity and trust. Simply receive love and put on a pedestal. Love is what care and magic it gets. Exercise by walking together daily to clear minds of trivial unrest. Compassion in chats, ensuring what love matters are delicate. Love is what happens. Love is what’s given, it's Gods will. Love is what starts and ends, always and forever ever after. What is love?

Now, You’re Speaking My Language . Top Story - January 2022.
Did you know love had a language? I had no idea it spoke anything other than butterflies in the stomach, flutters in the heart, & sometimes tears in the eyes. Turns out, love has multiple languages, & just like others—it has to be learned because everyone speaks it differently.

Bill to Bill
Bill had been sitting at his desk for hours. How much Elliot Smith could a guy listen to? Bill was depressed. Love is a myth and depression is real. That’s what he believed. That’s all he could think about, she was all he could think about, when he should of been thinking about his Lit paper so I doesn’t fail this fucking class.Love is a myth and depression is real? If one were to think any other way, they’d be a fool, right? It had been 45 minutes since he sent his last text. “I miss you, so much”, that’s what he said. He stopped typing for a moment to bury his face in his hands. He was pathetic. Have some self- respect, that’s what he thought. Sitting there, waiting for this girl to text him back, every minute she didn’t, his mind sinking deeper and deeper into that area he didn’t like. That part of his anxious ass mind that overthought every single little thing. Nothing was ever little when it came to love though. Why did he choose to write a paper about Naked Lunch, and why was it due tomorrow? It’s because Burroughs was Bill’s favorite author, duh! Bill also believed that if you could read Naked Lunch, than you could read anything since it took a special sort of tolerance to read Burroughs. Just than Bill’s phone lit up, and he raised his head so fast he got dizzy, hoping it was her. Hoping it was Makayla, that was her name and he feel in love with her almost the first time they met. Bill still could never understand why she had been at that Slayer concert alone. A tiny girl like her, all alone in a rough crowd, and she was tiny. She stood 5’1, and weighed about 105 pounds wet. It wasn’t her though, that lit up his phone. It was just Matt, telling him to “chill out” and “not overact”, but it was too late for that. Matt didn’t understand, Matt didn’t know how much love hurt and Bill honestly didn’t think many people did. Fuck this, dude, write the damn paper! Bill started typing again, he was only on the second paragraph. He now needed a quote as evidence for his thesis. He looked down at the closed copy of Naked Lunch sitting on his desk. He hadn’t bothered to make a single note while reading the book, but its contents were all vividly embedded in his memory. His phone lit up again, not her. Just the same message from Matt, refreshing itself. Bill opened the message, so it wouldn’t happen again, but he did not reply. He couldn’t reply to anyone else until she, replied to him. He once again checked for when he sent his last message to her. It had been just over an hour. Have I really been sitting here doing nothing for this long? Had this girl really taken up so much of his consciousness that he could literally do nothing but sit and think about her? She had. Bill could do nothing but think about her blond hair and green eyes that had specs of brown around the pupil like fireworks. Then there was the shape of her lips, which he thought was perfect, and her nose, which he loved, but she hated. He thought about kissing the tip of her nose. Don’t be a pussy, don’t cry. Bill took a deep breath, opening their conversation. “You mean so much to me.” He typed, thought about it “… please don’t”, no, not that, he erased that. He needed to get his point across without sounding needy, but wasn’t it okay to be needy to someone you loved. You need them. “I don’t want to loose you, you mean so much to me.” That was the message he would send. Bill could always say more to her, but that sounded good enough to him. “I love yo…” he wouldn’t send that message. Now the waiting game would start all over. He sat his phone face down on his desk, figuring it would be less distracting that way. Next to it, the copy of Naked Lunch, which Bill lingered on. If Burroughs were here right now, what would he say? Bill’s face was back in his palms.

The Case for Marriage
At the ripe old age of 50, a close friend of mine recently remarried. His first marriage was a bit of a bust. He married young and he married poorly. She was mean and controlling — something he kind of needed as an out-of-control 23-year-old. But at 43 years old, it was sad to see her controlling his every decision and demeaning his every choice. And she was no happier, as evidenced by the string of affairs she engaged in. So, 21 years into the marriage, they called it quits.

Dear Body
Dear body, I am sorry for all the mean things I said to you over the years. I am sorry for the projections from other people that made me think you were anything but perfect. I am sorry for internalizing emotional abuse and hate from people who didn’t deserve to touch you or have parts of you shared. I am sorry for the physical abuse we endured. I am sorry for the people who forced themselves into you. I’m sorry that I felt as though we deserved that.
