Standing in trouble and looking up to happiness

Learn to laugh and cry in order to become a strong man in life

There are countless troubles in life.

The sages said that if you calm your mind and don't think about anything, there will be no worries. The words of the sages are like a stone thrown into the water. The sages didn't even think about anything, and they calmed down, while all beings, after hearing the muffled "gu dong" sound, their troubles rippled again. .

It's really endless.

Happiness is always around others, trouble is always entangled in my heart. This is how most people understand happiness and trouble. Poor students think that if they get high scores in the test, they will have no worries, and poor people think that they can get happiness if they have money. As a result, those who have troubles are still hard to sell troubles, and those who are unhappy are still rarely happy.

Anxiety is always the doom in the life of those who seek happiness.

There are two types of people who are looking for happiness. One is like climbing a mountain. They think that the greatest happiness in life is on the top of the mountain, so they are out of breath and try their best to climb. But I found that I can never reach the top, and I can't see the end in the end. They don't know that, in fact, the mountain of happiness has no top and no head.

Another type of people also seems to be climbing, but they don't plan where they want to go. Stop and go along the way, look at Liu Lan, admire the rainbow, blow the breeze, relax your mind and get some kind of self-sufficiency.

Although it is not a great pleasure, these trivial and subtle little comforts linger in the heart, fragrant body and mind, and quiet self.

For the soul, if a person strives for a lifetime, if he can finally earn happiness all day long, he has already realized the most essential value of life.

Some people are happy, but look troubled; some people should be troubled, but look happy.

People who live in confusion are easy to be happy; people who live soberly are easy to be troubled. This is because a sober person sees too clearly, and when he compares the truth, he will be troubled all over his life; while a confused person cares less, and although he lives a simple and rough life, he finds the great taste of life.

Therefore, the troubles of life are self-inflicted. It's not that trouble can't be separated from you, it's that you can't leave it behind.

Why is there trouble in this world? For power, for money, for fame, for profit, everyone is in a hurry, carrying this heavy cloth bag on their backs.

Almost all people are chasing happiness in life. However, the scenery we often see is: a person is always looking up and envious of the happiness of others, but when he looks back, he finds that he is being looked up and envied by others.

In fact, everyone is happy. It's just that your happiness is often felt in the hearts of others.

Life is a boat, destined to sail through the waves in the river of life. In the river of life, there are rippling blue waves and rolling against the waves, there are plains with gentle water and white sand, and there are sharp bends and dangerous shoals lined with reefs.

It is the wish of all people in the world to set a boat on a flat lake and have smooth sailing. However, in the mundane world of life, how can everything go smoothly all the time? Therefore, we must not only learn to live and work in good times, but also learn to struggle and struggle in adversity, and when we are in pain, we must laugh and cry!

Laughter is a kind of strength, the energy of life, the best state of life, the sunshine of life that is always bright, and the flower of youth that is always bright!

Laughter is a weapon, a shield and a sword to fight against all suffering and all evil! Crying and weeping is a cowardly catharsis; laughing and weeping is a brave declaration! The laughter mixed with tears is by no means the desperate moan of the loser, but the roar of the warrior. Only those who have truly experienced hardships and thus truly understand life will laugh and cry! In the smile soaked in tears, there is an unforgettable feeling of failure and pain, and a thorough understanding of the fate of life! So tearful laughter is a sign of maturity!

Laughing and weeping is a kind of Buddha-nature, like a smiling Buddha who really understands the true meaning of life and the mysteries of the world. In fact, the Buddha also has tears, and the Buddha's tears are deeply hidden in the smile of knowing but not speaking. It is the pain and worry of a wise man who has fully realized the past and future of the whole world. Buddha always smiles, therefore, Buddha is powerful and eternal!

There are many hardships in life, only the strong can grab the pass and move forward all the way, and finally reach the end of life.
