Self-discipline has always been seen as good quality, but in fact, worthless self-discipline is poison.

Self-discipline is divided into different stages of life, and an excessive self-discipline is a form of self-destruction when one reaches middle age.

But all the self-discipline that is good for the body is not included. We can be as self-disciplined as we want to be about our bodies. There is no room for imperfection. But in other areas, please let go of your worthless self-discipline.

When it comes to self-discipline, it is usually some habit of life. But many daily habits are so scientific that even science does not give a definite yes or no to them. And how does that make us good?

For example, often complained about early morning running, how early to run, and in the end, how appropriate to run. My own experience is that if I force myself to wake up from a fragrant sleep, my body is completely uncomfortable, and I don't feel good after running, or even for a day.

Self-discipline is what the body needs is not blind

We are often guided by some health and fitness experts, and pay much attention to the nutritional mix of meals and the intensity of exercise. However, we do not know where science lies. From time to time, we make some blind mistakes.

The more self-disciplined you are, the better you are, and the freer you are. Yes, no problem. But maybe if you discipline yourself scientifically, you might be even better and freer.

Health is an optimal state of physical, mental, and social integration. True happiness is physical peace and spiritual abundance.

Of course, we are against those who are not happy inside, but are merely an escape, paralyzing themselves to indulge in low-level happiness~

I am only emphasizing the science of self-discipline.

There are some habits that you know are bad, and if you stay with them, then this is a damn look. You're indulging in low-level pleasures and enjoying those three minutes of comfort. It's like being caught in a swamp, the more you get stuck the more you can't turn back, indulging your body, squandering your health, and wasting your years.

For young people, suppressing some desires and doing the so-called right thing that must be done is not an imposed self-discipline, but a mandatory course in your life. But still do not forget the science.

Students after the college entrance exams, you can catch up with the drama, you can travel, but do not indulge in behavior that you know is a bad habit. Of course, you don't have to be the self-disciplined person who forces himself to get up in the morning before he wakes up.

Nowadays, the term positive energy is more popular, I want to say that sometimes, this is also a poison, too empty indoctrination, and no scientific practice, which is a kind of ideological irresponsibility for young people.
