Maintaining a healthy prostate well into old age
As men age, their risk of developing prostate problems increases. The prostate is a small gland that sits below the bladder and surrounds the urethra, the tube that carries urine from the bladder out of the body. It produces a fluid that mixes with sperm to form semen. Unfortunately, the prostate can become enlarged, inflamed, or even cancerous, making it difficult to maintain a healthy prostate well into old age.
