What no one has told you so far about the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction is one of the Laws of the Universe that we talk about most often, without understanding exactly what it entails, unfortunately.

Thus, people worldwide are left with one idea about the Law of Attraction: that our thoughts attract what we want and that it is enough to change our thoughts to get absolutely everything we could dream of.

And we all know that indeed, in our lives, we have come to accomplish things we have been dreaming of for a long time. We direct our thoughts, intelligence, and abilities towards the fulfillment of that goal, which, sooner or later, comes to fruition.

Perhaps the most obvious example of the Law of Attraction is how we create circles of friends who resemble us, who have the same set of values and concerns. We vibrate on the same wavelength, we attract in our lives people and events that mirror us.

Why do some wishes not come true?

HOWEVER, isn't that feeling of the endless struggle to fulfill some desires that we seem to be unable to achieve more frustrating? Why does this happen if, let's say, the law of attraction is really true?

The clearest answer to this is given by Teal Swan (she is well known in the US spiritual community). Teal shows us three very important aspects related to the Law of Attraction:

1. The Law of Attraction is, in fact, the Law of Mirror; that is, what we are is mirrored in reality manifested by us.

2. Even if most of the time you try to have positive thoughts that you want to be reflected in everyday reality and even if you hope that these thoughts will make your dreams come true, you should know that the subconscious also plays a very important role. It is possible to subconsciously self-sabotage your quest to fulfill certain projections.

3. Everything that exists in the Universe means vibration. When we manifest a reality, it means that we are vibrationally aligned with that event.

SHADOW: To understand the Law of Attraction, we need to understand the huge role that the subconscious plays in our lives.

Teal Swan, but also other people in the spirit world, call the subconscious - the Shadow. Due to the immense efforts that have been made in psychology in the last century, as well as the spiritual revolution we are experiencing now, the understanding of how the human mind works and the connection between it and the world around it are becoming clearer.

What is a shadow? When we come into this world, the ego (a higher word for identity separation) is not yet fully formed, explains Teal Swan. But the ego begins to form through the relationships we establish with others, so the ego is formed as a result of socialization.

The moments when we learn about good and evil, what is accepted and what is not. And, most importantly, we learn about aspects of ourselves that are or are not accepted by those around us.

Thus, it becomes very clear that love begins to turn into a game with rewards. Love will come as a reward for our acceptable behavior, and instead, punishment will come for what is not acceptable. In this way, we begin to deny, to suppress what we consider unacceptable about us; we do not separate consciousness, we do not divide. And so, the subconscious mind is born. We can call it "shadow" because we cannot see it clearly and because most of us are not aware of it.

WE DON'T SEE OUR SHADOW

It is true that when we focus on something, it manifests itself in our lives; only a very important role is played by the hidden parts of ourselves. And in us, we hide emotional traumas, pains, and convictions that have formed there in the subconscious over the years. The downside is that we are not aware of these things.

When we have an emotional trauma that we try to cancel out by positive thinking, trying to put into action the Law of Attraction, we are not doing ourselves a great service. It's like when we suffered a physical trauma - we broke our leg, but it's not like when positive thinking helps us put it back together.

If we think positively, we can reach the right doctor, we can heal faster, but it is not an easy process, it involves accepting that we have a broken leg, and we can create the conditions for healing to take place faster, aligning with a vibrating field that allows us to heal.

The same can be said for our subconscious hidden traumas. So when it comes to suppressed aspects of our being, the first thing we need to do becomes aware and aware of these things.

When we become aware of those things that are hidden and practically prevent the Law of Attraction from manifesting as we consciously want, we empower ourselves, and it is the first step we must take toward true self-acceptance and healing.

For example, in his autobiographical book Open, tennis player Andre Agassi told how, as a child (a child rather attracted to literature and poetry), he integrated the aspirations of his father, who wanted him to become a great tennis player, which became.

Moreover, he integrated all the criticism that his father brought him on the field during training. At one point, his father's voice had become his own voice: "You have to be the best!" The fact that he won many tennis tournaments, that he became great on the tennis court was a subconscious way to win his father's love and appreciation - "I live from tennis, although I hate tennis, I hate it with a dark and secret passion, and always -I hated." - Andre Agassi

It is an example that shows how we integrate certain messages about ourselves when we are children, forming that Shadow that we carry with us, sometimes all our lives. Also, think about what messages a child who is always told is "stupid," "doesn't know," or "not capable enough"…

No matter how much he wants that adult child to change a life, the beliefs he has integrated about himself will manifest if he does not become aware of them.

The same thing happens with people who fail to create a relationship. Somewhere deep down, they are probably hiding the belief that they are not good enough, worthy enough to be loved…

Why were these beliefs created and then hidden in the subconscious? Only these people can find out, and most of the time, "work" with a psychologist or a spiritual guide is welcome (it's good to listen to your intuition and go to people you feel resonate with and feel -could help; not all the same methods suit us).

The Law of Attraction is essentially the Law of Mirrors. Any vibration that is in us sticks exactly to those experiences in our external world. And whether we like it or not, the aspects of our SHADOW, in turn, manifest… These aspects must be integrated and healed in order to eventually become positive points of attraction, says Teal Swan.

On this path of self-realization and alignment of your whole being with the most beautiful desires and aspirations, it is important to bring the conscious to light.

It is important to take care of yourself, to be compassionate and aware of your emotional traumas; it is possible that SHADOW has stopped you from manifesting what you want so far… Life is, after all, a journey towards ourselves, rather than an external decoration of fulfilled or unfulfilled desires.
