Laughter And Tears
For Paul's The Last Time I Laughed and The Last Time I cried Unofficial Challenge

Introduction
This is for Paul's The Last Time I Laughed and The Last Time I Cried unofficial challenge, which you can check out here:
The music is "Crying Laughing Loving Lying" by Labi Siffre
The Last Time I Laughed
One problem with this challenge is that laughter can also bring tears; I am often reduced to tears by something really funny. I know people who find others' misfortune funny; I certainly do not.
I do laugh every day, so by the time this is published, I will have laughed again at something I have seen.
I do know people who sem to fixated on misery and things going wrong but I always look for joy and things that make me laugh.Like minutes ago Mrs. P demanded a Purr Pop that she is addicted to now and this happened:
The other day, Owain of "House Of Games" said he's called his Robovac "Cleaner Turner", which made me laugh a lot.
I also follow my friend John Scott's posts on Instagram that always make me laugh:
As you can see, the time I last laughed is never very long ago. I always find a reason to smile because it releases endorphins (I think), but it makes me feel good.
As I am writing this, some of the suggested changes by Grammarly make me laugh because they would completely change the meaning of my words.
I suppose there is a slight amount of sadness in me for the people who are unable to laugh or smile because of what is happening in their lives.
I know I am lucky, because I can find joy in so many things and I can always find something to laugh about.
The Last Time I Cried
This is far more difficult. I was brought up being taught that boys and men never cry, except I often did as a kid and got called soft for it. I always say that I am the worst person to have at a funeral because I remember the good times with the dear departed.
I remember the funeral of someone who I worked for who passed very suddenly, and she had a humanist funeral, and her play-out song was "Living La Vida Loca" by Ricky Martin, much to the chagrin of many there, but I thought it was a great positive way to go.
While there is a little sadness when we lose people, I really can't remember crying; although I do miss them, I treasure their memories.
One friend we lost was only fifty, but he arranged his wake at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland, so all the Newcastle fans who turned up would be in the lair of their arch rivals, and everyone found that funny and a great way to see him off.
There have been recent tears from an eye infection. It was inconvenient, and the tears were just a result of the infection, so that is the last time tears fell from one of my eyes.
As I said, my tears are most likely to flow from extreme laughter, although physical pain can sometimes result in tears. In 2000, I had a bone marrow extract done, and that was painful, though in my life I have never broken a bone.
There may be tears in my future, but tears are unusual for me, not because I am some kind of manly man, but because I always look for joy and positivity in things.
I do get upset if I lose a friendship, but I always believe that the right ones will find a way to reconnect eventually.
This has been a difficult section to write, but it reminds me of the Loudon Wainwright III song, "The Man Who Couldn't Cry":
Doctors were called in, scientists, too
Loudon Wainwright III
Theologians were last and practically least
They all agreed sure enough; this is no cream puff
Oh, but in fact an insensitive beast
