The famous Japanese industrialist Kazuo Inamori,He created Kyocera and KDDI, two of the world s top 500 companies, during his 51 years of management. However, he donated all his shares to his employees when he retired, and turned to Buddhism to pursue the highest wealth and enrich his mind. He believes that life is a process of improving the mind. With this detachment and pursuit, Inamori was able to have a commanding view of life.

He said:It would be very sad to see work only as a means of obtaining material information. I want young people to understand the meaning and value of work. No matter what occupation, is a way to learn from the society, is a stage to promote their own growth. It is not aptitude and education that truly shape character, but the setbacks and hardships experienced.

Looking back over the years, I've been buried in my work. I've been asked if working all day is boring. Because many people think that interest and entertainment are indispensable, but in my opinion, the only way to get real joy is to work.

Only with the premise of "fulfilling work" can we experience the sweetness of interest and entertainment. If you neglect your career and indulge in play, you may be able to get temporary satisfaction, but you can't enjoy the joy from your heart after all.

The joy of work, is not the kind of simple sweet and shallow joy, but after all the pain comes the continuous. In other words, the sweetness of work lies in the moment when it is overcome. For this reason, the joy of work is no substitute for play.

However, many times, even if you work hard, you will not achieve the desired results. At this time, not only have no sense of accomplishment, but also easy to lose heart. But in my opinion, this kind of realistic setback is just the opportunity to perfect oneself and sharpen one's personality.

It would be very sad to see work only as a means of obtaining material information.

I want young people to understand that work has meaning and value.

No matter what occupation, is a way to learn from the society, is a stage to promote their own growth.

It is not aptitude and education that truly shape character, but the setbacks and hardships experienced.

The same is true across sports. Athletes who have experienced setbacks and overcome all difficulties often exude personality charm.

In other words, experiences are like ruts in the road of life, forming the map of personality.

In order to improve the mind and enrich the soul, it is necessary to work hard. I believe that only by doing so can I add luster to my life.

I've gotten to where I am today by keeping my head down and working on "seemingly mundane tasks."

Young people often dream big and strive to achieve great things. However, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and the realization of any dream requires seemingly ordinary efforts. If not down-to-earth, dreams can only become castles in the air.

The road of life does not have such a convenient tool as the escalator, can only rely on yourself, step by step forward.

Many young people frown on this, believing that one step at a time is too slow. At this rate, they will never achieve their dreams.

They do not understand the beauty of accumulation, step by step accumulation can produce magic like add effect, and finally realize the leap from quantitative change to qualitative change.

Through the accumulation of seemingly ordinary efforts, results can be achieved, so as to establish confidence and arouse a stronger sense of struggle. Through this cycle, unconsciously, unimaginable achievements have been achieved.

I am a living example of a rural boy born in Kagoshima, with modest appearance and mediocre ability, who has achieved what he has today.

In my opinion, no matter study, sports or work, it is the only way to realize your dream.

"Knuckle down to your work." It may sound commonplace, but it contains a truth about life.

Walking in the world, work or life, large and small difficulties are unavoidable. Some may be easy to beat, others formidable. Choose to attack the front, or detour, different choices created a different life.

The difference between successful and unsuccessful, but is a piece of tissue paper.

Unsuccessful people are by no means lazy and careless people. Some of them are like winners. They are honest, enthusiastic and hard working. Nevertheless, there are winners and losers. The reason is that unsuccessful people lack resilience.

When things aren't going well, they're quick to give up. That is to say, they try hard, but stay in the average effort, once hit a wall, they will find appropriate reasons to comfort themselves, stop efforts, give up the goal.

First of all, you have to be resilient to what seems impossible, to keep doing it until you succeed. To break out of their own minds, "you can only do so much", this stubborn idea of what is done, prevent people from exceeding the boundaries to achieve success.

The confidence to break through the barrier can make the whole personality strong and strong. And this tenacity will lead to new success.

In my opinion, people should not be dominated by external conditions and should not become "situation blind" people.

So-called "SITUATION BLIND TYPE", refers to ONESELF ORIGINALLY INTEND TO "WANT TO DO SO", BUT WORRY ABOUT the social situation, economic situation, immediately feel "difficult to achieve", thereby easily give up the person. The more you understand the situation, the more impossible it seems. They came to that conclusion themselves.

On the contrary, a person who "wants to do it" deep down is a person with a strong desire. No matter how difficult the surrounding environment, in order to achieve the desire to brainstorm, passion and creativity.

Given the same harsh circumstances, the "situation blind" person simply understands the downside of the situation and eventually realizes how unrealistic and reckless his or her desires are and gives up.

But then there's the person who has a deep, deep desire to rise to the level of faith, who thinks about how to solve a problem, who starts working, who starts to leave no stone unturned, who starts to innovate, and who can immediately pick up the courage to move forward.

In my opinion, in life, there is a gap between those who forge ahead and achieve outstanding results, those who suffer repeated setbacks, and those who are ordinary and mediocre.

If you do not actively challenge new areas, then both enterprises and individuals will not have a bright future.

Final, I know I'm a vulnerable person. If I follow the advice of my predecessors, choose the easy way and climb slowly, I am afraid I will have given up before I reach the top.

Plus, if I take the easy way out, it's easy for my teammates who trust me. But this is not a path that will bring them true happiness.

If you believe that you are right, then, the surrounding criticism, the difficulties and obstacles on the way, are not matter.

I made up my mind to climb straight towards the summit. In order to climb the mountain with everyone, I am as strict with others as I am with myself. I think that's absolutely true.
