Consequences and Who Pays Them

Part 3 is the most difficult for me to write. It is deeply personal and involves close friends and children. I am writing this series to inform and raise parents’ awareness. I write it, hoping you will question everything you are told to give your children. I write it, hoping you will research as much as possible before agreeing to any drug for your child. It is so vital in a world where lying for profit is the norm. It is imperative in a world where Big Pharma manipulates the truth and the evidence, while the government turns a blind eye and even goes so far as to be complicit.

I have changed the names of the parties involved to protect them from harm and preserve their anonymity. Never take my word for anything. In fact, take no one’s word on anything. Do your own research. Investigate thoroughly to discover the truth. Please keep in mind that each human body reacts differently. Not everything will affect one person the same way it affects another. The question will always be, "Are you willing to take risks?" Are you willing to be the guinea pig for pharmaceutical companies? More importantly, are you willing to risk your children on them? I am not. I never have been. You may think twice by the end of this series.

Gardasil is touted as the miracle preventive for cervical cancer caused by HPV. Used as a prophylactic, it is supported by evidence showing that almost all cervical cancers are caused by HPV. I will not discount that, nor take it away from the pharmaceutical company that manufactures it. I will, however, take exception to their duplicity. When your doctor suggests you give Gardasil to your child, he does not discuss the possible severe repercussions. If he did, you might not have him administer this drug to your kids. Truth be told, the doctor himself was probably not informed of the possible life-altering side effects. He or she has, more than likely, not even done the research on it. I’ll get you started.

First, a little information on the power of Merck and Co. and the entire pharmaceutical syndicate. Pharma lobbied the U.S. government and got what they paid for. They did not want to be held culpable for any wrongdoing or negligence regarding child immunizations. They wanted liability protection to safeguard their wealth and greed, and that of their shareholders.

In 1986, the federal government established the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. It stripped away our right to sue Big Pharma for injuries to the most vulnerable members of society, children. Parents could no longer sue Big Pharma if its product harmed their child, especially when the government required the child to be immunized with that product. They got it. Money buys everything and everyone.

The government instead stepped in for them and provided a no-fault safety net. Arbitration is where a wrongful injury case involving Pharma is brought before an arbiter for a decision. There are no courts, no jury, no lump sums big enough to ruin them, and no class action suits can be brought against them. Keep in mind, we are talking about our children. Babies and children from birth through 18. To me, this is itself criminal enough to ruin my trust in a company. I see it as an admission that they are aware their product is not completely safe and harmless to them. So, to continue making their billions and be shielded from lawsuits, this was their dream solution.

The arbitrators are not medical professionals. They are lawyers, both former defense and plaintiff attorneys, appointed by the government. The same government pays them. If you don’t understand that individuals handpick the appointees, you will need to brush up on your government and civics. The public does not elect these people. No one consults the public. Parents do not take part in the consultation process. This means that whoever is in office selects the lawyers to judge these cases of malpractice or negligence. Guess who lobbies the government to the tune of millions of dollars. Yes, Pharma. They grease the system very well. They are in bed with our government, which owns shares in their companies, receives perks from them, and makes millions from the successes of their products.

With that said, the government officials tasked with this job appoint arbitrators who are sympathetic to the giants of the chemical industry. They appoint lawyers who are far less likely to hold the pharmaceutical company severely responsible. Findings are stacked in their favor, and monetary awards for injury are kept to a minimum. There are no caveats for punitive damages. This is so you know, none of these entities are in your corner or that of your little ones.

That said, my friend’s children, a boy and a girl, are now 20 and 21, respectively. At ages 11 and 12, their family doctor advised their parents to have them immunized with Gardasil. They initially declined the shot. The reason was that they are a Christian family, and since we, as Christians, believe in chastity until marriage, it was a normal response. Before you shake your head and say it is not possible in this day and age to remain pure until marriage, think again. Some kids have the restraint and commitment to that ideal. Mine does. He does not want or need to sow his oats to be with a woman. We have taught him respect for intimacy and for women. Moving on.

One year later, their doctor brought the topic up again. Their pediatrician is a friend and a fellow Christian, and they told them it would just be an added level of protection. It makes sense in a culture of anything goes, given the prevailing societal belief that everyone will do it before they get married. They don’t. In fact, more and more, current generations are stepping back from dating altogether until they are ready for marriage and have found a special person to share that level of intimacy with. Quite a difference from the generations that predated them.

These kids see what we have done, the consequences of those poor decisions, and make wiser ones. Kudos to them. Wisdom is not inherited.

In 2018, both children received the first of two Gardasil vaccines, as recommended. Both children were very healthy and fit, of normal weight, with no prior medical conditions. They were athletic. The boy was a soccer player and a track runner. He was the second seed in the 100- and 200-meter hurdles and the 100-meter dash at the regional level.

His younger sister was an active and talented volleyball and soccer player. She regularly played volleyball with her school team. Both siblings were active.

In 2019, both kids received the second dose of Gardasil. The doses are given six months apart, depending on the recipient's age when the immunizations begin. On May 4th, 2019, my friend’s son was at track practice. He was sprinting when he heard a loud pop and fell to the ground in pain. He had an avulsion fracture of his right hip. He was unable to attend the track meet because he was injured. His sister teased him, saying he was an old man. Hip fractures are far more common in older adults.

Three weeks after the boy’s injury, his sister and mother were at a soccer tournament in Nebraska. After her daughter’s first game, the mother began complaining of hip pain. She cried in pain throughout the second game of the tournament. She endured and went on to play the third game, remaining in tears during and after it. The pain was so severe that she could not play in the championship game. The mother knew something was seriously wrong. The daughter never complained about anything.

For the next 8 months, they went from doctor to doctor to find the cause of her pain. My friend now had both young children in physical therapy, with poor and ineffective results.

In the meantime, the boy was cleared to resume normal activities. He was not the same. His speed was gone, and he was still in severe pain. His gait had changed significantly.

After months without a diagnosis or answers to why she was in so much pain, his sister was referred to a specialist in Kansas City. The doctor there immediately suspected a labral tear and hip impingement.

Her mother asked the doctor whether her brother could have the same issue because he was still in pain. The specialist ordered MRIs, CTs, and X-rays for both children. My friend’s two children even received hip injections.

In the spring of 2020, the two kids under the age of sixteen were scheduled for surgery to treat injuries that are commonplace in older adults. The post-op period was 12 weeks, and physical therapy continued for a year. All of these effects occurred a couple of weeks after the second Gardasil injection.

In the fall of the same year, the two children were cleared to resume sports.

The boy muddled through his high school years, always in pain. He is 21 and still suffers from pain. The pain has caused his body to overcompensate for the weaknesses, leading to secondary pain in his neck and back at this point, as he has to shift his hip around on a daily basis.

His sister continued to deteriorate. The pain in her hip worsened significantly. By 2022, the pain had spread to all of her joints.

Again, she underwent test after test to determine the cause of this in such a young girl. There were days when she could not get out of bed because of the severe pain throughout her body.

Her doctors checked for everything, from common illnesses to autoimmune diseases, and found no explanation. Again, she was placed in physical therapy, this time with a women’s health specialist. The therapist recognized that her body was in trauma and panic mode. Therapy continued for a year and included myofascial release massages. After one year of that therapy, she was finally able to tolerate the pain. It has not gone away, but she is managing it. This was not the end for this poor girl.

Throughout this time, she has been undergoing tests to find the root cause of her suffering. Exploratory surgery was ordered to investigate a hereditary condition, endometriosis, and its possible connections.

Menses was painful and a difficult time for her, so a KU specialist ordered Depo-Lupron. Doctors give Depo-Lupron to stop puberty. It stops the production of estrogen in girls and testosterone in boys. The medication literally throws a girl into menopause and causes hot flashes. In boys, it stops the production of testosterone, facial hair, etc. In men and boys, it is promoted as a treatment for prostate cancer because it stops the production of testosterone and starves the cancer cells that need it to grow. Despite all she had been suffering, she now had a doctor who did not at all disclose the side effects of yet another drug. It also causes weight gain, and for this athletic and healthy young girl, that amounted to a 30 lb. increase in her body weight.

Guess what. The Depo Lupron shot costs $20,000 each, and it is given in a series of three shots. Who makes money there? Big Pharma, the doctors, and the facility that administers it. All of them receive very nice incentives to give these drugs.

I have a letter from Anthem BCBS that was sent to doctors’ offices across their network, which specifically outlined the amounts they would be paid for each person they convinced to get the COVID shots. This means doctors made hundreds of thousands of dollars each. It is sickening to think about.

There is no benevolent act from Pharma. None. Doctors are on the dole, in hospitals, and among government officials. All of them. There is no conspiracy. That is a fact. I am attaching just one of the Anthem letters sent (obtained through the Public Information Act). Read it yourself. Then ask yourself if these entities deserve your trust. Then do the work. Investigate, research, and know everything about anything they want to shove into your child or you. They make billions of dollars off you and don’t give a hoot about who it injures. Why should they? You can’t sue them if it’s your child who suffers. Thank your government for that.

Everything in life has a benefit and a consequence. Medicine is no different. The difference is you. Are you willing to close your eyes and stick out your arm for something you know nothing about? Sometimes the benefits outweigh the consequences, as with prostate cancer. If it keeps you from dying of cancer, does it matter if they chemically castrate you? Oh, you didn’t realize what that means? Well, it does. Doctors administer it to the most extreme cases of habitual molesters, rapists, and sex offenders. Doctors give Depo-Lupron to the worst and most difficult-to-manage cases, though most get cheaper versions of a similar substance.

This is the key takeaway. Know what you are taking or allowing your children to be given. Do not trust anyone just because they have a half-million-dollar education or a lab coat. Do not trust big pharmaceutical companies. They have never cured a single thing in recent history and, in all of their history, have cured maybe a scant couple of diseases. These are our children we are talking about. Put what you want into your body, but not theirs. They pay for everything you allow them to be given. Sometimes they will pay for the rest of their lives or with their lives.

Big Pharma is powerful and duplicitous. When my friend began to question and look for research on these drugs, there was some information that listed everything mentioned here. It listed numerous side effects. Those that I have written about were included. All of that information is no longer available anywhere. It magically disappeared.

I will tell you this. There are over 200 cases against Pharma in arbitration. There were more and are more and more coming, no doubt. Of the cases that have come up against them, many are thrown out on technical grounds. That’s lawyer-speak for: find the uncrossed T and throw it out, or throw out the case because someone did not write the date in MM/DD/YYYY format. It’s sickening. Out of the 200 cases or more, those kids have been severely injured. Some of them were severely incapacitated for the rest of their lives and needed care for the rest of their lives. Who cares about them? Who cares for them? Who is responsible and needs to pay for that?

It is them. Pharma, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and anyone else who failed to disclose all the information to you. They need accountability and consequences, too, because you will have to pay them. Make them accountable.
